Useless— not cold and doesn’t last long
It’s a very thin insole with very little gel to freeze so it doesn’t last long and’s it’s not very cold. A cheap gimmick that’s not fit for purpose.

Insoles
Comfort. Has improved my balence. Helps keep my feet cool and supported whilst driving and at work. Helps keep me going longer hours at work, without having to stop for breaks. and much more only dislike is I can only wear them for up to 8 hours per day.
