Love these very comfortable

Love how comfortable they feel … like walking in the clouds .. lovely and cold I keep mine in the freezer so they are freezing when I pop them in my work shoes … honestly brilliant!!!

These are decent at keeping your feet cool however due to the lack of wicking it can make your feet sweaty. they also take a while to get used to.

Does NOT cool your feet at all! In fact the heat from your feet makes the gel hot as well so pretty useless.

These cooling insoles are really handy if you have shoes that don't offer much support or ventilation (keep feet cool). Takes a couple of tries to get used to the feeling of walking on squishy gel but are comfortable enough once worn in. - Miss M

If anything I found these a little wide for my shoes, which was unexpected, given that I already have quite wide feet - so for me they were perfect. If, however, you have delicate, slim tootsies these are not going to work for you. Yes - you can trim the length but there's literally zero allowance to trim the width. I rather enjoyed the "bouncy castle" effect another reviewer described (if anything I was slightly disappointed that it was not bouncier, but perhaps comparing it to an inflatable castle was setting myself up for disappointment). You can tell you have them in your shoes, or, in my case, boots. I like them.

I been wearing this for a decade. I always buy and keep a spare. Very comfy and massages your feet. I replace mine every 2 years.

These insoles feel strange to start with but soon become the most comfortable I've ever had and because of their shock absorbent quality I now suffer less with my arthritis in my feet and knees
