Very nice, just the issue is after some time thr top became black , and the noise level is too high.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed with the Product & Service I purchased this Prestige Induction Cooktop on June 13th, and within just two weeks June 30th it completely stopped working. It wouldn’t turn on and became useless. I tried contacting both Amazon and Prestige customer service at least 8–9 times, but both kept redirecting me to each other. Even after 10–12 calls, there was no proper resolution. Finally, one senior executive told me that my return/replacement window was closed — which is very disappointing since the product failed so quickly. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading as a customer. I strongly suggest not buying electronic products from Amazon without being aware of these issues. It is always better to purchase from a physical store where you can easily claim warranty and get proper support.

The above item has gone out of order within 3 months i.e within guarantee period of one year which is upto 29 09 2026.I have mailed to [email protected] on 20 01 2026 followed by reminder on 22 1 2026.for replacement but no response from them.Kindly help me.
