iliD Bidet Seat, Toilet Seat, Electric Elongated Ecoseat with Four Cleaning Modes, Adjustable Angle and Pressure, Remote Control, Slow Close Lid, Easy Installation, 2 Year Warranty

Just received the iliD Smart Bidet Toilet Seat and installed it. I have been looking to replace my USPA seat which has been failing for some time. This seat had just what I needed. The following are my experience points on my installation and use experience: 1. It was very easy to install, albeit since I was replacing a previous bidet all the plumbing connections were in place and they all fit with what came with the seat. Took me somewhere between 30-45 minutes. 2. The water stream is plenty powerful. For some it may be too strong, but the solution to use the front spray selection. 3. So far it is working very well, but it is only been less that 24 hours. I may do a follow up later next year. 4. It appears to be well built and feels pretty sturdy. 5. I like that you can control it with both the remote and the side dial. 6. It is clear from the instructions that whoever reviewed them did not have a strong command of the English language. Sentences tended to be worded oddly along with sentence structure. I was able to navigate through them well enough to install the seat, but I did have to read and re-read them a bit to ensure I really understood what they were saying. 7. Seat is comfortable. 8. Some have commented on the night light placement. Yes, it is an issue. It really should light up the bowl. It's placement appears to be more a "oops we forgot the nightlight, let's put it on the knob", poor location. Probably my biggest complaint. 9. The parts bag was broken open, but all the needed parts were in the bag and the seat clearly had not been used, installed, or removed from the box. It did make me a bit concerned though. 10. Big plus, it appears Kuli Appliance has reached out to offer support, a free water filter, and listen to issues, but I believe they are using an anonymizer email application as the email address appeared suspicious. I did not respond to the email. I went through Amazon to respond. So if this was really them...kudos to you. They are sincere about their customer service. Change your email address though so it doesn't go to spam. 11. For what you get you can't beat the price. I did a lot of research. Several other manufacturers charge a boatload more for a seat with similar capability. In summary I still am giving it 5 stars. Price competitive, easy installation, works well, and comfortable. From my perspective all these other things are just nits that could be easily resolved should they build a next model. Update: After using this bidet for the last few weeks I have to say this is the best bidet we have ever used. Solid mounting, solid performance, great price for what you get when compared to the competition.

Install was maybe 30min or less. Water pressure is fine, does the job. Dryer is okay not necessary as I have bidet wipes I like better to pat dry with. My old bidet water pressure was more powerful but this has better cleaning angles for front and back. Love the warm water wash during the winter. Heated seat is really nice when it’s cold too. Who knew I needed a warm seat. Great product without breaking the bank. Every girl needs warm water !! No more toilet paper, but buy the flannel wipes and a mesh bag for used wipes…pure luxury !!

I was originally planning to buy a Toto bidet since it’s such a well-known brand, but I found this one for nearly half the price and decided to give it a try. Honestly, I went in with pretty low expectations — but wow, was I wrong! Installation was incredibly easy. My husband had it fully set up in just 15 minutes, no professional help needed. The fit on our standard elongated toilet is perfect, and adjusting it for the right alignment was simple. Just make sure you measure your toilet before buying. The features are excellent: rear and front wash options, adjustable water temperature, heated seat (which I thought was a luxury I didn’t need — but now I never want to sit on a cold toilet again, especially during winter!), and a user-friendly remote that’s super responsive. It’s honestly a great investment!

This is a nice add on to an existing toilet. The controls and functions work well. The water comes out warm and the seat is never cold to sit on. The installation for US plumbing and the actual seat size, bring down the rating from 5 to a 4. The hardware that comes with it as, others have noted, does not fit standard US plumbing. I had to purchase a separate 3/8 T connection and use the standard 3/8-7/8 flex for the toilet 3/8-1/2 flex for the bidet. The overall seat covers the extended bowl toilet but since the controls are all in the back the actual seat feels more like a standard size seat. That took some getting used to. But the price and functionality are good.

The ILID bidet is a solid, well-designed unit with a relatively straightforward installation process for anyone familiar with basic residential plumbing and light electrical work. The bidet requires a nearby electrical source; routing power to the outlet adjacent to the toilet was uncomplicated and within standard installation expectations. From a plumbing standpoint, installation required replacing the existing shut-off valve with a dual outlet shut-off valve sized 1/2” x 3/8” x 3/8” to properly feed both the toilet and the bidet. The factory-supplied water line was not compatible with my existing setup, so I substituted it with a 1/2” x 3/8” braided supply line, 30 inches in length, which resolved the fitment issue without leaks. Once installed, water pressure was stable, connections sealed properly, and the bidet operated as intended. All fittings aligned correctly after the valve and supply line adjustments. The unit powered on without issue, and performance has been consistent. Overall, the ILID bidet integrates well into a standard toilet configuration, provided the installer is prepared to make minor plumbing modifications. For users comfortable with replacing valves and selecting correct supply lines, this is a reliable and well-engineered bidet system.

Revised/Updated Review: Upon reading the review, the mfr. contacted me (on their own) and made an offer of swapping out the original bidet with a different model that was purported to have a larger and more comfortable seat. I agreed to the change and within days at their own expense shipped a replacement. This new model did address both my concerns. We now have 3 different mfr/models of bidets in our house, and this is my favorite. Cleans exceptionally well, quiet, plenty of heated water, easy to install and use. We really like that the main control knob is really all you need for daily use. You can change any setting via the remote, but once set to our liking the knob is all we use. The seat does stay up without additional coaxing. The 5 star rating reflects all the changes with the new one, and also reflects iLiD's quick and complete customer service. "Recommended"! Original Review: I’d give it more stars for the cleaning efficiency, as it cleans very well. However wo other problems are the reason for down rating. The lid has to be held open for awhile for it to stay in the raised position. Otherwise it closes down… I don’t have time for that. The main reason I returned it was the configuration of the seat. Others have mentioned the size of the “hole” being small….its not really, but the way the rear of the seat rises gives you the impression of it being much smaller than it is. This is a game changer. The remote control is also problematic as it was hard to figure out how to “make it stop” as my wife put it. I’d pass on this one.

The seat came on time and was very well packed. It was easy to install with the exception of needing to purchase a valve to fit my plumbing. The ease of use was also great. And you multiple settings for seat, water and dry functions. It’s a must buy.

I had to purchase a T-Valve because the one it came with didn't work with my toilet and leaked like crazy, but they credited me enough to purchase the correct part, so I am thankful for that. Once we had a working T-Valve, installation was simple - it took about 15 minutes to have it up and running. As a side note, be sure to have your own plumber's tape on hand. The tape that comes with it is not great (a minor gripe, but I am picky). I should also mention that this bidet seat is surprisingly light compared to other bidet seats I've owned. With that said, the lack of an autowash mode on the model we purchased was a bummer, and the water could be warmer. The water pressure is so/so, but the self-cleaning feature is a nice-to-have, and the sprayer looks rather durable. The blower seems to be effectively positioned, but nowhere as warm or strong as others I've used in the past. If this bidet does anything well, it's providing fast and evenly distributed heat throughout the seat. Overall, the bidet seat functions as it should.
