I was having restless leg syndrome at night and it was driving me crazy. I had to jump out of bed multiple times a night, stretch, massage my calves, etc. Then someone at work told me to get some magnesium cream. I tried this one. The difference was amazing. All I did was pump a little of the lotion into my palm, divide it between both hands, and rub it into my calves until it was absorbed. I couldn't believe the difference. Now I'm doing it every night, and that annoying creeping, crawling, tingling, itching feeling is GONE. I'm sleeping much better, as is evident by my Fitbit sleeps scores. I haven't tried this with the oil spray yet, but intend to. I'm a very very satisfied customer.

These two Bottles: the Magnesium Spray and Pump Lotion have helped me tremendously!! I put the Mag Lotion on my Ankles/Feet/Toes and Wrists/Hands/Fingers every night before bed; since I started this ritual I have not been woken up at night with Very Severe Feet/Ankle or Hands/Wrists Spasms that Twist my hands/Feet into crazy positions that HURT LIKE HECK! About 3 days ago I suddenly started experiencing Extremely Severe Cramps/Spasms from my Neck all the way down to my feet. I was unable to move or get my joints ‘unlocked’ from the crazy positions they were in. This is the most beautiful moisturiser I’ve used so far! Lovely delicate scent, feels soft on the skin and absorbs really well. Because it contains magnesium, helps for a good nights sleep too. Lovely.

I use the spray and lotion twice a day, morning and evening, in the morning for extra energy and in the evening to relax the muscles after a hard day, the lotion has a light aroma and is well absorbed and does not leave a greasy mark, it moisturizes perfectly due to the Aloe Vera in the composition. Both products smell amazing and will make good present as come in nice box. Spray drys quickly and instantly moisturises skin easy to apply. Cream is very light and does help with neck ache. Normally it takes couple of days for neck ache to get better but with this cream it was all better very next day. I was very impressed

Lovely texture and a wonderful scent. I apply it to my legs in the evening before bed.
