The Final Architecture Series 3 Books Collection Set (Shards of Earth, Eyes of the Void & Lords of Uncreation)

Incredibly imaginative and thought provoking. Characters are really brought to life and developed throughout. True science fiction with an alternative take on the nature of the universe. What lets this saga down is the length. It is too long by at least a book with excessive passages of descriptive narrative as well as episodes in the plot development which did very little to enhance the story. This genuinely detracted from the enjoyment and although the ending is well written by the time I got there I just wanted it to be finished.
