It will give a workout very surprised
Didn’t take long to setup. All parts were there with tools to put together. Just go slow read parts list to see what goes what. Directions ok. Easy to follow pictures. Its foldability is great and store out of the way. No noise. great resistance. wear shoes pedals have little points for grip just go slow to get used to it. It’s sturdy but I wouldn’t go crazy fast for my safety. Very pleased with price and quality

Great Workout! Easy to set up and easy to burn calories FAST!
When it says total body workout it means it! This thing is a beast of a machine for being as simple as it is. It places a lot of emphasis on your core, and remarkably works all parts of your body. Packaging wasn’t bad, less than 50 pounds I know that much. I weigh about a buck 20 and was able to carry it to our upstairs apartment easily. Set p was simple and the directions are easy to follow, my husband was able to put it together with no problems, that says a lot! As for use, we haven’t had any problems and we have had it nearly a month and have definitely seen a difference. DO NO LEAN BACK! One thing I will stress is not leaning back, which means you can’t see your rep time, speed, or calories burned. We honestly don’t care about micromanaging a workout, if you’re pushing and sweating you’re doing it right. But for those that count calories and how much you’ve burnt through the electronic piece in the middle might be very hard for you to read while exercising. As far as sturdiness it’s good, my husband felt a little wobbly at first, he’s pushing 215 and he said he felt ok once he got used to the motion. You stand up higher than you realize but the amount of floor space it takes up is almost nothing, probably like 3 sqft.

Great product, not really designed for tall guys though
Okay set up was a breeze only took maybe five mins to install. It was a long and lazy winter so I was pretty out of shape the first few times I used this. It really kicks your butt. I'm 6'2 250 pounds. I'd say anyone taller might have a problem properly using this machine. Even at max length I can't fully extend my reach on my reps. That being said, its still a great workout, I live in an upstairs apartment, and this was a little noisy upstairs, so we keep it downstairs near our door. This is very compact so you can easily workout in tight spaces, so downstairs it works great for us and isn't noisy on ground level. First time using this I set a timer to do 20 mins, after ten mins, my arms, legs and abs were burning so bad I had to stop. Heart rate was great, nice an sweaty, it was like jello trying to get back up the stairs. :) Instead of timing my workout with this, I count. I started doing 3 sets of 100, and then slowly went up from there, doing this every other day (along with other workouts) Noticing my legs and arms gaining strength after a couple weeks of use. I'm now up to one set of 200, and two of 150. I'm sure in a couple weeks I'll be able to stop counting and start doing it nonstop for twenty to thirty mins (thats my current goal). All in all I'd say we are happy with our purchase, my girlfriend is a lot smaller and shorter than me and she loves it. I'd love it if it extended a couple more inches up and down, but even though I can't fully extend it still gives me an awesome workout. Combined with a homemade ab wheel, perfect pushup, and pushing two kids in a double stroller, its a great workout that lets me skip the gym membership.

Simple and effective in-house cardio equipment to get you started!
Silly as it is, I was looking for stationary, use-at-home cardio equipment. I simply needed a way to include cardio back into my daily life after a series of injuries etc. For the price, the MaxiClimber is a great way to get you started. The construction is robust enough - what do you expect at the price? Stability is up to you and part of the training. I reckon that at 6 ft. 2" and below 200 lbs., I am very much at the upper end of what size and weight of user this thing can accommodate. It's actually a good thing that I can't extend arms and legs all the way, since this would cause more strain on the joints. Also, I am able to continuously hold more balance and tension this way, adding to the effects of the exercise. Since it engages several big muscle groups in your body in almost vertical movement, it will get your heart-rate up pretty fast. If you think about it, it is a series of one-sided squats with additional arm movement. I like to use it in an interval style, mixing fast "sprints" and slower "force" elements with short rests. It is an intense cardio-workout that way and will get you properly sweating and initially quite sore. An initial start of 15-20 minutes, respectively 1,000 repetitions, should get you started nicely. Shifting your weight and balance will determine which muscle group you are using more. You can actively "pull" with your arms or just hang on for the ride, in which case your arms will only engage in an isometric hold at the top of each stroke to prevent hitting the stopper. As for toning, I did notice quite promising results very fast, but was quite out of shape before, of course. My calves and lower quads immediately reacted to it, and I even feel my inner thighs are getting a good amount of work, too. Since I like to use my arms a lot as part of the exercise, I have also seen an impact on my deltoids, pecs, forearms and biceps/triceps to some extent. The range of motion definitely engages your core, which you can also additionally tense during your workout. I quite like it and will continue to get good use out of it in the convenience of my home. If anything, I wish the plastic wheel could be lubricated more easily and that there were some way of adding more weight/resistance to the motion. Once again, you can do some of it yourself by altering your speed and balance during the motion.

A Bit Loud and Shaky
I live upstairs, and the loud wobble disturbed the people downstairs. I got this one over a more aesthetic one because a review said that one was loud, but so is this one, unfortunately. If noise is not an issue, it was easy to assemble, and seems like it would provide a great workout. It was lighter than expected, so I was able to carry it upstairs without a struggle. It's really tall and touched the fan.

Maxi climber è arrivato in anticipo e l’ho subito provato. Da allora lo uso tutti i giorni e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. L’attrezzo è robusto e non molto ingombrante. Per quanto riguarda l’allenamento, lavorano soprattutto le gambe ma anche la parte superiore del corpo. Promosso a pieni voti.

Excelente!!!! Fácil de montar, robusta, original y sencilla. Me ha encantado. La he usado nada más montarla y la sensación, mejor que ir a correr. Trabajas todo el cuerpo y es muy dinámica. Le pongo un diez.

After 2 months of using this machine, I can definitely say that this was an investment that I am certainly seeing satisfactory results. I received this equipment before COVID 19 lockdown and at that point I realized that this is my saving grace since the gym would no longer be an option. So my journey began with just 5-7 minutes per day, 5 days a week, because I underestimated how much it causes you to burn. Each week I progressed by adding more time to my workout. Today, I am clocking 1 hour sessions each workout. With the right music to pump you up and the Youtube MaxiClimber workout videos the time passes really fast. Since I started I have lost 3/4 of an inch from my waist. I am 5"3 and 118 lbs of winter fat. I wanted to burn at least 5 lbs but with my quarantine diet and snacking my weight remains the same but my waistline and my body is toning nicely. If I should have a comment on negatives I would say that: - standing on those pedals after 1 hour does hurt the balls of your feet. - had to request replacement lower handle bars because the original would not fit in the slot. Got the new ones in 2 weeks - it best not to exercise on a carpet because friction during exercise causes the metal to shave off. There is usually metal dust all over the floor. - it does make a considerable amount of noise, at one point I thought it was broken. - you need to go straight to the shower once your workout is done. Because in my case it is like a bucket of water was dashed on me. I boast to my circle of friends about this equipment. All in all for you to get results you will have to dedicate time and passion. This is not an overnight muscle building machine but it does the job well in maintaining a toned structure.
