Very disappointed with my experience
**Very disappointed with my experience.** I ordered a 2-ton Super General split AC, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. I spent a lot of money on both the product and installation, but the AC was not cooling at all. When the technician checked it, he found that the unit was damaged and the gas was not filled properly — clearly a defective piece was sent. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay extra for gas refilling, even though it was their fault. It feels like they offer discounts but then recover that amount in other ways, like sending defective units and charging for basic fixes. When I contacted Amazon support, they asked me to pay for the gas and offered a gift card in return. How is that fair? I’m still losing money and time. If I want to return the unit, I’ll have to pay again for uninstallation and installation of a new AC — another huge cost. Overall, this has been a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. I feel very disappointed and frustrated with both the product and the service. Would not recommend.
