Great classic carols well sung.

Dutiful rather than uplifting
I feel a bit mean for giving such superb singers a poor review.The singing on this CD is wonderful....clear, beautifully harmonised but most of the carols sound much the same ! I know this is advertised as a collection of "traditional carols " , but I found the pace to be somewhat over-stately... even the joyful ones .Regretfully, I can only give 4 out of 5 stars .
