I've used it for cooling only. I've had it for about 4 months. In that time it has disconnected from the hose three times which soaks me, my bedding and my mattress. Not a fun thing to deal with in the middle of the night. After the 2nd time it disconnected I wrapped the hose connector area with packing tape so that it would stay connected. Nope. Didn't work. It still disconnected and I was, yet again, soaked. The only positive thing about it was it actually helped me stay cool at night. Well, when it didn't leak water everywhere. It is also uncomfortable to sleep on. I had it under a mattress pad and a sheet and it still kept me cool and it was uncomfortable. I really wish this thing had worked. Very disappointed.

I'm in that dreaded season of my life where hot flashes don't stop just because it's bed time. The cooling mattress was easy to setup .. as instructed I placed the unit on my nightstand on top of another box so that the hose is higher than my bed. It works perfectly .. no issues with leaking or cooling. I put my top sheet over it and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night all sweaty.

The unit leaked right after setting it up even after all the troubleshooting terrible machine also it has been more than 30 days since I returned it and I still have yet to receive my refund but yet they take that money out immediately when you press the order button but then don't want to give it back when their product is defective HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Product leaks like a sieve and the ma ch one electronic give out after first use.

I bought this because I do not have AC. This keeps me cool while I am sleeping. Easy installation, comfortable, and great quality.

My wife is always hot and I am cold. Sh bought the wrong size but we fill it work once summer arrives and she orders a smaller size for just her side of the bed.

Excellent concept, but poorly executed. This product is a water-cooled mattress pad. Cold water is circulated through tubes within the pad, providing effective cooling. However, the issue lies in the hose that connects the mattress pad to the pump, which is secured merely by friction. Consequently, one of the hoses detached in the middle of the night, drenching the mattress in water. Investing a bit more in reliable hose couplings could have averted this problem. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I started using this bed cooling machine about 2 weeks ago, I have found that I am sleeping alot longer and I am not having restless nights. I think with having this mattress pad under me and my cooling blanket on top of me that my body temperature is alot cooler. I also think the light hum of the machine helps me to sleep also. It is very simple to set up and use. I have horrible night sweats and I am pleasantly surprised that this helps out so much. It is very well made and a very nice quality. I have a king size bed and this pad fits over almost all of it.
