This hose cutter works really well for radiator hoses.

I missed having one of these in my toolbox. I usually use bulk hose for repairs and these cut squarely and cleanly!

Works well for what it is - handle is plastic, but does not feel cheap. Blade is not razor sharp -- cutting multi ply 2" OD radiator hose required me to use my other hand squeezing the tube, so it would remain round. The blade shifts slightly laterally under a tight grip, but that's to be expected given the materials. Worked where my larger utility shears I usually reserve for this purposes did not - I use Gates for waterpumps, belts, and now to cut my hoses.
