The watch was a birthday present for my 8 year old daughter. She absolutely loves the watch! It works great, clear reception and the tracking is great as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and how much I enjoyed seeing my daughter gain independence with the use of this watch. We feel comfortable with her riding her bike on her own because she’s a phone call away. I highly recommend.

Bought this watch for my 8 year old after a competitor watch was damaged. I really appreciated the easy set up; call quality and accurate tracking. My son appreciates the extra features such as reminders and kid music.

Exactly what I was looking for as far as what the watch is capable of doing it was fast overnight delivery and easy setup

I bought it for my 7 yo and it is very useful and easy to use. He calls me from school breaks , ask to take home early from after school of he has troubles. Also my teen pick him up from school and I should not call them just can check where they are by GPS

Awesome watch

First of all, I want to highlight the design – the watch is bright and beautiful! I was initially concerned about the strap material, but it's made of very soft and skin-friendly silicone. It doesn’t leave marks or cause any discomfort. It’s easy to set a cute watch face, add contacts, and install the tracking app – everything works great! The watch can make and receive calls, send messages, and take photos. We haven't explored all the features yet, since my child is still very young. However, there are a couple of important downsides for me. 1. The call duration is limited to 3 minutes, which I understand – it helps save battery. There's even a small bonus: after the call ends, you can still hear the surroundings for a few seconds, which adds a bit of extra safety. 2. But the big issue is that the watch gets very hot during calls – it becomes noticeably warm, almost hot to the touch, which is concerning. 3. The location tracking function is the most disappointing part. It doesn’t work as accurately as I’d like. The GPS shows only an approximate location, and updates happen every 10 minutes. That’s a long time – a child can go far in 10 minutes. Often, I have to refresh the location manually, which is inconvenient. One time, we went on a trip and were all in the same car – myself, the child, and their father. According to the tracking app, both parents’ locations were updating and moving as expected, but the child’s location stayed in the same place. The app showed that we had driven several miles away from the child, even though we were all together in the car. This was very frustrating and made it hard to trust the tracking feature in critical situations. Overall, the watch is great in terms of looks and basic functions, but the GPS and overheating issues need serious improvement

Functionality of this watch is great!!!! The gps was slightly off but when I adjusted it its has remained accurate. The plan is only $10 per month and I love that I can check in on him and know exactly where he is in the neighborhood. My son had a small wrist so I don't like the way the band fits and that it can't be substituted. I was pleasantly surprised that when his band needed to be replaced there was no charge. I bought this because a neighbor's kid had one but now that kid's watch doesn't work. I hope this one isn't next. Time will tell
