I purchased these for a few reasons; one being sanitation purposes. I go to a public gym and I don’t know how clean these are. I know I can always sanitize them but it’s much easier to just use my own. Also, trying to find them in the gym can be a hassle. So decided to buy these and I am pleased. Very sturdy and the handle is comfortable. Great price for two and a bag and the clips. Preforms great and haven’t had a problem with these.

I just replaced the 1/2" diameter rope leading to our very heavy church bell in the steeple. These exercise handles were the perfect solution to providing a secure and comfortable two-handed grip that can be re-positioned if necessary. (The color even matches the color of the nylon rope!)

The grip and durability of these handles is very comfortable. You can use these handles for pretty much anything and the performance is great for the price.

I should have read the item more closely? I didn't realize these attach to things with d rings. We had to tie the ends of the rubber stretch bands to the O ring. Which is fine, but at first it was a mess. They are sturdy, they work for exercising when you can't grab the ends of the rubber bands bc it makes your hands hurt.On that note, I wish these handles were more padded. It's still a closed tight grip when gripping these. Keeping bc I need to have handles, I will probably pad more, maybe a pool noodle, whittled down to a comfortable fit. Or batting, but then I'd have to figure out a cover. an old nylon? Does anyone wear nylons anymore?
