UPDATE - I wrote this review in good faith, but two days later, the headset started dropping the Bluetooth signal. I will give it a day or so, but if there is no solution,n I will be returning this. What a pain :-( does anyone know the contact details for a support team for these? When searching for a purchase on Amazon, it can be challenging to navigate through the reviews to locate a product that satisfies most users. If you're looking for a headset that delivers crystal-clear audio for online calls and seamless music playback, this one from Logi (Logitech Zone 300) is a winner. Whether you're in a long meeting or presenting, its lightweight design makes it comfortable to wear for hours. What truly sets it apart is the smart connectivity—I love how it automatically switches from music on my phone to a call on my laptop and back to music when the call ends. It’s effortless and smooth. The audio quality is superb on both ends of the call. I even recorded a session to hear what others hear—flawless. The battery life is excellent, and the voice prompts inform you how much charge is left, so you can control when to recharge. One of my favourite features is the ability to mute the mic just by lifting it—perfect for those unexpected coughs or sneezes. Music lovers will also appreciate the rich playback quality. If I could ask for anything more, it would be a more accessible power button and a track skip function for music. But honestly, for just over £60, this headset punches well above its weight. I’ve tried cheaper options before, but none have come close. Well done, Logi. A brilliant product.

Comfortable on my head for long (4 hour calls); others in the meeting advise my voice is clear with no distortion or background noises; the earphones are very good for calls. The battery life is not exceptional but perfectly adequate and the device connects via blutooth reliably.

Decent headset, sound quality in first few uses is great, mic works well, good value for money. Info for those in my boat, these DO NOT sync mute status with Teams, which means you don't look muted when you lift the mic, it is just a local mute. The 305s do sync status with Teams, but Amazon won't sell me them as I don't own a business!! So thus, they lose a star!

Super!! Instantly connects. I don't use all day so they turn themselves off but with a touch of a button I'm able to connect before my phone stops ringing. Good quality and fit nicely. Excellent value for money. I have used for 2 days and the battery has only dropped 10%. Great for my job. Excellent functionality. Love the colour!

Such a disappointment with the range — I’m losing connection with my laptop after less than 10 metres. 😞 The headphones do have good sound quality and are comfortable to wear, but the range is nowhere near what’s advertised.

I am very happy with these - I work in a call centre and they were incredibly easy to link to my work Mac. I like the fact there is a message to tell you how much charge is left in them when you turn it on. Although I can select mute on my workspace, the mute function is activated by lifting the mike up. This is particularly useful whilst waiting for calls as I know I am definitely muted if a customer comes through without me realising. These are sturdy too - I had some Jabra ones which were twice the price and very delicate and only lasted 7 months each time. Sound quality is very good also.

Mute function doesn’t work . Very disappointing since it’s not cheap

I always find these types of product difficult to choose from as the reviews vary and so do the costs. I previously opted for a cheaper headset but they broke after 6 months of use. These on the other hand seem to be a lot sturdier. They are comfortable to wear and cut out a lot of surrounding noise. The battery lasts a long time and the swivel mic lifted up to mute and put down to talk is smooth and easy to use. The mic does cut out much of the background noise too but callers can still hear it. The only thing that would make it better is if the set could allow for the mic to be used on both sides of the head. If in a space where noise comes from different parts of the room, you could then turn the headset around and swap the mic to the other side, but this is a small thing. Overall I am impressed after a week of use.

Muito bom. Eu recebi bem a tempo de começar meu trabalho remoto. Estava muito em dúvida se serviria pro meu tipo de trabalho. Eu trabalho remotamente como costumer service, em chamadas telefônicas e como meu pc não tinha bluetooth, tive que comprar junto um adaptador que não dizia se serviria pra fones com microfones. Mal eu conectei o adaptador, o computador reconheceu tudo, sem precisar baixar nenhuma atualização ou driver. Graças a Deus. Agora tenho o conjunto de mouse, teclado e fones Bluetooth conectados ao PC. Os fones são perfeitos. Ele conecta com dois aparelhos ao mesmo tempo e muta um deles quando precisa usar em outro aparelho. Agora enquanto espero chamadas eu posso escutar música no iPad. O som parece um pouco abafado mas por ele ter redução de ruído. O microfone quando levantado muta o som. Perfeito. Comprei do armazém da Amazon e fiquei um pouco receosa mas me surpreendi pois estavam novíssimos. Compra aprovadissima e com desconto.

Easy to connect and sounds good on both ends. The app allows adjusting the auto shut-off delay, which is good because the default is only 30 min and I don't receive that many calls. The microphone usually doesn't connect if you turn on the headset while in a call.

Très bon casque. Utilisé dans le milieu professionnel, bonne qualité sonore, assez confortable avec ses coussinets pivotants. La structure ne bouge pas mais les coussinets bougent comme une rotule et s'adaptent très bien à la morphologie. Le micro reste bien droit et ne pivote pas comme sur mon ancien Jabra. La connexion bluetooth fonctionne très bien, pas comme sur Jabra qui, dès qu'on le branche en usb, perd sa connexion bluetooth au profit d'une connexion USB. Ici, aucun problème de ce coté là, on reste toujours en bluetooth. Très bonne autonomie également, je tiens une semaine dans mon cas.
