This is exactly what I needed to help recover from a SI injury. It is easy to adjust, comfortable to wear and provided pain relief. There's no pinching or slipping. It fit under my athleisure clothing.

I’m a plus size woman. I ordered this particular belt because it was the only one that I could find that had a 55 inch measurement for my plus size waist. It works very well, but it took a few minutes to really get it. Stretched around my lower abdomen and lower back and the Velcro barely overlapped by about an inch and a half. However, it did hold and the cinch straps pull it in quite nicely. I particularly like the convenient sack that it comes with.

This sacrum belt is VERY high quality, from the materials to the design. I especially laud the two systems of securing the belt’s compression, from just being one belt, to the second belt over the top of the main one. The friction material used to keep the belt in place is also very useful. Being an 80 year old woman I don’t have nearly the strength I used to have for pulling the belt up snug enough to help with the issues in my sacrum. I had major pain and weakness in my one leg, prior to a major fall/ injury that caused me to have fractures in my sacrum, causing a lot of pain and disability. I had been told it would take 4 to 12 weeks to heal, and at four weeks I could stand on my feet, though I couldn’t walk. I had high hopes for this belt to help the pain but it hasn’t really made a difference. But I’ll keep wearing it, to stabilize my pelvis in hopes of some improvement down the road. Never give up - keep trying!

For the past few months, I've been dealing with pain that seems to start in my SI joint and moves to my hip and leg. I tried another brace that wrapped around the hip and and thigh, but it wasn't very supportive and drove me crazy, so I cut it into two pieces and tried that - no go. This had great reviews, and I was ready to find some real support, so I decided to let myself spend a little more money to try something that might actually work, and IT DOES! This belt is amazing! First off, I love that it has two layers of support. I can support my whole lower back/hip area and then tighten a little more on my "slippy" side. I also love that it's comfortable. You'd think it'd be bulkier with two layers, but it's really not. My clothes hide it pretty well. The instructions say to wear it all day and night for at least two weeks - I'm assuming this is to give the joint time to heal. I can't speak for long-term results yet (related to actual healing), but I can say that this increases mobility and relieves the pain I have in my hip. Definitely worth paying a little more for!

Fits well but doesn’t stabilize the SIbjoint

First time buying this brand. Great Velcro adhesion but it’s still new. Other brand I bought for years, the Velcro would be good to start but get weak quickly. Like choice of colors. Small fits good but if it stretches much with time, it may get too small. I’m 5’1” 113 #

I don't know why my doctor never suggested this. He did send me to a physical therapist who did suggest I start using an SI belt. Explained while most braces will weaken your back over time, the SI belt will not and offers the support I need that could be used on a daily basis. I know if I walk out the door to go to work and forget to put it on, I can tell a huge difference throughout the day. I like it so much that I suggested it to a friend that was having the same issues as me, and they are just as impressed as I am. This belt is so easy to put on and adjust and holds well throughout the day.

Easy to wear and adjust. Lightweight . Medically serves its purpose.
