Aun no lo he utilizado en muchas ocasiones, pero en todos los casos corta muy bien. Quizás lo peor sea el tacto del mago que no es de un plástico de gran calidad, pero cumple su función perfectamente. Volvería a comprarlo.

Ce modèle dispose d’une lame rigide, avec comme toujours chez Victorinox un tranchant de haute volée. Très bonne qualité pour un prix modique. Je m’en sers notamment pour désosser des cuisses de poulet, et ce modèle convient bien. Je crois qu’il existe d’autres modèles plus flexibles,
