I always run to the reviews before buying and this one didn’t disappoint. Exceptional quality for a decent price. I liked it enough that I searched out the same brand when buying another knife.

I've used this a few times now and I'm impressed so far. I had been cutting up my chicken breasts while mid thaw to make it easier but this slices through thawed chicken like it's nothing. We'll see how long that stays sharp. I've had this about a month now? I'll come back and leave another review later for longevity, though I'll also note that I very rarely actually use it, for one, as a single breast is a few meals and it's not the only thing I eat (just the only thing I use this knife for) and I don't use it for anything beyond already deboned meat. Though it did cut through some cartilage that was missed like butter, so there's that.

Bought two for a Father’s Day gift. Love the box they came in and the leather guard. The knives came sharp - noticed a couple say theirs didn’t. Mine were. Very excited to give as gifts. They look amazing. Great value too.

I use the knife on my outdoor griddle. it seems to hold an edge well, but the sheath is pretty cheap. If you were wondering if it comes sharp, it cut the sheath the first 2 times I put it back in.
