Unique tart flavor, takes me back to meals we had in Kyrgyzstan, where I first tasted it. I use a full TB of berries, crush them and then pour boiling water onto them, let it steep for about 15 minutes, and then just enjoy. They say it's got loads of health benefits, but I'd recommend it just as a unique and flavorful as well as relaxing drink.

I took away a star because of taste and price. I do not like the taste of this tea and not a fan of the price, it seems like it has gone up. But on a positive note, this tea seems to have helped with many of my PMDD symtoms so definitely 4 stars to me. So, I can tolerate the bad taste to help mitigate my symptoms, it seems like a fair trade.

Beautiful golden petals. Long and whole,not broken up. Looks beautiful in my loose leaf tea blend. Lightly nutty flavor.
