I’m fairly new to collagen as it can be quite overwhelming to know the best one to take (plus with being veggie, marine & bovine isn’t suitable). I did some research and found that Plant Collagen helps your own body produce more collagen (mimicking the benefits from animal collagen). So seemed like the perfect solution for me! The taste is fairly subtle & a little sweet, super easy to take daily with just water. I love that it’s completely natural and has no hidden ingredients. My hair is definitely feeling healthier and was quite noticeable early on, but also it’s now an important step in my routine for skin health in general 🤩

I've been using this collagen for a while now, and overall, I think it's a solid product. I've definitely noticed some improvements in my skin and joints, and I feel like it’s doing its job in terms of overall health benefits. However, the only downside is the flavor—it's not the best, to be honest. It’s a little hard to get past, but I usually mix it with a smoothie to make it more palatable. Despite the flavor issue, the quality of the collagen seems to be great, and I’m happy with the results. If you're looking for a good collagen supplement and don't mind the taste too much, this one is definitely considering!
