I eat these for a quick, healthy, delicious snack. My mom is 93 years old and lives in assisted living, with a kitchenette. She wasn't eating enough so I bought her a case of these, and she loves them. She has an electric kettle, so she can easily heat up water and just pour it in the cup. There are 2 packets you have to open and add to the cup - one is sesame oil and the other is the dehydrated flavoring. The oil is a bit tricky to open and pour into the cup. It can be a bit messy. But the ramen is so good, its worth the effort. It has been a life-saver for my picky-eater mom.

I will give them that the broth is very good, and the noodles are better than the usual ramen noodles you buy. But it comes in cups that are pretty small (not even bowl size as many ramen noodles come in now) and for the price (6 for $25) they are not worth it. I won't be buying them again. Too expensive.

This is what you need to know. This is not “insanely rich broth”. The Ramen I get at the restaurant is insanely rich. This broth is lightly flavored. With the ingredients you get, those are what’s insane. Insanely good ingredients. That’s why I gave this product 4 stars. It does not have a ton of all that horrible stuff you find in the Cup of noodle or Top Ramen at the store. I feel good knowing it has 8 grams of protein as well. Protein in a Ramen cup? That’s great. The noodles are not the curly, chewy, amazing tasting deep friend hard noodles found in the traditional store bought Ramen. These are organic straight Ramen noodles made by them in Woodland, CA. They are a 2.5 out of 5 on the scale. But once again, you’re not getting any bad ingredients so what you get is not a deep friend super chewy noodle. The amount of noodles for me was perfect though. This is a snack only, not a full on lunch for work. The price? It’s over priced I think. But given how good the ingredients are, I would probably except this price. I am going to try the Spicy beef flavor next, in hopes of more flavor of course. But if all else fails with that, I don’t know exactly if I will continue to buy this kind of Ramen. Half of me wants to because of the ingredients, the other half does not because I’m not a huge fan of straight not so chewy noodles. Hope this review helps!

My teen loves this soup —I as a parent love that it’s organic! Such a smart alternative to the over processed unhealthy cup-o-soups you see in every standard grocery store. Chicken is his favorite with veggie his second choice. The beef is too strong of a flavor and too salty. Great midnight snack!

Great product - I keep these in my desk for lunch and emergency meals - I have been dropping the pounds since I stopped all the burgers and fast fried food (convenient) and it saves me about $80 a week! Taste is much better than the cheaper products commonly found at the supermarket! I did try the spicy version but it wasn't for me - too overpowering. Add time on the stated cooking time or it will not cook through properly.
