Love Wasabi batteries. Much cheaper than OEM, and the battery life is just as good. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I purchased this Wasabi Power NP-FZ100 battery kit in 2021 and it’s still working very well. I use it with my Sony camera and the batteries perform similarly to the original Sony batteries in terms of runtime. They hold a good charge and last long enough for extended shooting sessions. I loved these when I first got them, they seemed to work well. Well, now that Sony updated the camera firmware I have multiple dead batteries. Wasted my money I should have just bought OEM batteries. Prepare for losing your money if you buy these as Sony can disable it whenever they want with firmware updates. ****UPDATE: I read other comments about contacting the company and they would make it right. So contacted the company concerning this problem just last week (March 2019). Once I proved that I had ordered batteries (just game them my amazon order number) they shipped me out 4 new replacement and updated batteries for free. I can confirm the new batteries work fine now with Post 2.0+ firmware. I am upgrading my rating from 1 to 4 stars as they took care of the problem. I would give them 5 stars had they reached out to me and or automatically sent me replacement batteries

These batteries work great with the A7SIII! I much recommend these above any other competing brands. Check out the YouTube reviews and that should tell you enough ;) These Wasabi's give you about 95% of the running time of a Sony battery that costs more than double the price and they keep their charge, unlike the cheaper batteries. Why buy the Sony's? And then there's the support with this brand which is fantastic (quite unlike RAVPOWER, which has plain horrible customer support). My customer support experience is based on an exchange I had over other wasabi batteries I bought in the past. This is not a FAKE REVIEW. It's a REAL REVIEW. Get these batteries and you'll be happy!! :) Much much recommended!

Hands down best value to power your new generation A7 and A9 series cameras. I've tested these against Sony brand and these offer the exact same runtime. Charging takes slightly longer, also depends if your charging two at time. That said, the value and most importantly the footprint is why you should buy these. For instance, the charger that comes with he A7riii is horrible. Its large, and comes with a cable, really? a cable Sony? Stop it with that garbage. The charger for these are small and LIGHT. This matters for todays shooters, every inch and ounce counts when we get out to gather imagery. Wasabi saw this and made in my opinion a near perfect solution. One caveat. The area that the usb cable connects to to charger is junk. They are junk on this model and they are junk on the previous models. The area of contact needs some some basic engineering to create a more stable, reliable and DURABLE connection point for the cable. This is the point of failure on these things. Take caution to ensure proper functionality. Also plan to have back ups of chargers, they are so small that having additional should not be an issue. Now click purchase and be thankful that you now get two batteries and a charger for the price of one Sony battery.

EXCELLENT A7IV UPDATE: The batteries I'd purchased in June 2021 work perfectly with the new Sony A7IV. No battery warnings. Good News: No Battery Warnings with A7III newest firmware v.4 and newest June 2021 battery version. I've only shot one commercial job with the new batteries but No Battery Warnings with the Wasabi batteries and A7III firmware v.4 Been using Wasabi batteries for years. Amassed ten Wasabi batteries for my Canons over the years and switched to Sony 3 years ago. Always been super pleased with the performance and price.

I bought those Wasabi batteries and charger from Blue Nook last year after purchasing the Sony A7III. They were working great, every bit as good as the Sony battery. However after two firmware updates (2.0 and 3.0), the camera started displaying communication errors with those Wasabi batteries. The error message generally pops up 5 minutes after a Wasabi battery is inserted and the camera is powered on. The message can be dismissed to allow the camera to function but then cycle repeats itself when the camera is turned of and back on again or a Wasabi battery is inserted. I also had an issue with the included Wasabi charger. During the trip, the status LEDs charger stayed red for both batteries but neither was charged. I contacted Blue Nook and reported those issues. They promptly sent me replacement Wasabi batteries and charger. The replacement batteries restored the compatibility with the A7III camera. The replacement charger also functioned normally.

Don’t last as long as the original but will good for price
