It is good, I love it, make my back feel much comforable.

THIS BACK MASSAGER IS PRICEY AND I DEBATED FOR A LONG TIME ABOUT THE COST BUT SO FAR I AM VERY GLAD I MOVED FORWARD WITH THE PURCHASE. IT DOES WORK UNBELIEVABLY WELL. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THAT YOU CANNOT REALLY USE THE UNIT WITHOUT THE APP, AND SINCE I AM NOT A FAN OF APPS ON MY PHONE I TRIED TO USE WITHOUT THE APP AND IT DOES NOT REALLY WORK. INSTALLING THE APP WAS A HUGE CHALLENGE AND VERY TIME CONSUMING BUT ONCE I WAS ABLE TO FINISH THE PROCESS IT WORKS REALLY GREAT. SO MUCH PATIENCE IS REQUIRED WITH THE PROCESS. BUT SO FAR WITH ONE DAY USE I LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

At first I was skeptical before I bought it because some said they were having trouble but the one I have is great. I bought this for my mom for Christmas. It's the best one there is in my opinion. It's design is perfect for the shape of a lower back. It has several metal pads on it that do socks to massage the area and you can set the intensity to whatever you want. You have to damp your lower back door best results. I was told by my mom after a long days work that it feels amazing and relieved her back pain instantly. It's worth the price. You control it through an app but it's very easy to use. My mom is horrible with apps and computers but she was easily able to figure out the app controls. It has many different settings and variety of massage patterns. Definitely recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was such a great buy! It syncs with an app so you can control it from your phone. You can control the intensity, vibrations, and the heat! It feels amazing- my spouse and I sometimes fight over it and I am considering buying a second one. The band is comfortable too. I would highly recommend this massager for anyone with mid to lower back pain. Feels great and has a great range of massage and levels. BUT the product did not last long enough for the price. The left side of mine quit working in about 2.5 months. Very upsetting to only have 1 side working at a time. I love the idea of it but I can't use it anymore in less than 90 days.
