I originally got a pink one for myself and my husband ended up liking it so much, I had to get one for him also ! We love this product and it stays cold for the perfect amount of time. So far this product has helped me with many migraines. And my husband likes his so much he puts it on just to cool his head. The quality is very good. it’s soft and comfortable to wear and not too heavy on your head.

I absolutely love this migraine relief cap. The compression feels really soothing, and I like that I can use it either cold or warm depending on what I, need throwing it in the freezer or microwave is super convenient It helps a lot when I do have a migraine, but honestly, I enjoy wearing it even when I don’t. It’s comfortable enough that I sometimes sleep with it on, and it blocks out light really well too. Great quality, very calming, and something I reach for regularly. I’d definitely recommend it.

Just my luck, the day this arrived I needed to use it ! I got it so I could switch it with the “migraine hat” I already had. (Different brand that is no longer available). WOW!! This one has such soft material and the gel is soft too, not rock hard. It’s so comfortable to lay down with, and let’s face it, during a migraine, that’s the main thing one wants to do. It fits my head perfectly, and unlike the other one, I don’t constantly feel like it’s slipping off. It gives gentle pressure but isn’t too heavy. It also takes up a lot less room in the freezer. I love that it just slides on my head. The old one has Velcro and just isn’t as easy to use. This just goes on and is instantly comfortable. I’m going to purchase a second one of these and retire my old one.

I have had headaches and migraines for over 30 years. I do not like to depend on pills for the pain so for a few years, I have began to use Ice packs as therapy. I use this alongside a good peppermint roll on the head , temples, and neck. I was searching Amazon for an ice pack for migraines. I stumbled on a lot of options, but ultimately decided on this one. The day after it arrived, I had a huge headache. I had already placed it in the freezer so that it could be cold when needed. And I definitely needed it. I put it on and removed my glasses for extra comfort. This was soooo cold. It's like having ice on your head non-stop. I do appreciate the material and how elastic it is. I like that I can slip it down over my eyes or just above to still see. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the coldness didn't last that long for me. The ice cold feeling lasted about 15 minutes and then it started to feel more like room temperature. It does quickly get cold again though if put back in the fridge for 20 minutes. The ice pack doesn't retain ice or grow ice particles. For someone like me who suffers with bad headaches and migraines, sometimes out of the blue, I do recommend an ice pack. This was a good product and all in all , I love its effectiveness.

Oooooooooo this is the BEST THING IN THE WORLD FOR A HEADACHE!!! Especially sinus and migraine! I got it because I have been suffering terribly with a sinus infection for weeks and this beautiful item gave me so much relief! I didn’t try to heat it up but it gets cold just great and really room temperature feels amazing too! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this product. I went back and immediately ordered my husband one. It’s so incredibly soft uncomfortable, and I’ve got a pretty big head! Only $10! Sold!!!!

This item definitely helps me when i have a bad migraine. The stretchiness of the band helps relieve my pain within minutes and its always so icy cold it helps especially with my eyes. I have had no concerns of smelliness and I'm so glad of this, especially with migraines. The effectiveness is a 10 out of 10 rating and it stays in place well as long as you stay still. So far the durability has been good and can't be more happy with how this purchase works.
