Pretty cool
It’s like advertised with all the modes and stuff, it has a clip that I didn’t know it would have so that was a nice bonus and it’s really bright with the tactical button having two features depending on how far down you push the button

Sólida linterna, luz muy potente y brillante
La intensidad de la luz es destacable, las opciones para recargar y usar baterías desechables es muy práctica.

High lumen flashlight
This is a very nicely built high lumen flashlight. 3 things I wish it can be changed.1. Wish the tail is flat so I can stand it on a flat surface.2. Fix the bug about the flashlight turns off sometimes when you use turbo and the strobe right away.3. Wish it has step less dimming. It only comes with low mid high functions with the main button.

Great fit and finish for a reasonable price
TLDR - Overall great light for the price and well built. This light is a nice “tactical light” but probably a bit big for people who want it as an EDC light. Even though it uses an 18650 it is significantly larger than what I normally carry. The larger size has it’s benefits like a larger floodier beam and better heat dissipation for extended runtimes with less thermal thortaling. The build quality is nice and the fit and finish are great. The threads are tight and smooth. Even the cutout for the USB port is fineley machined. The feel in the hand is great and the weight is well balanced. The power button, near the head of the light, has 3 modes. Low 100 lumens, Medium 400 lumens, and High 1500 lumens. It cycles from low, medium, high, and off. I have not been able to determine a way to shut off the light without cycling through any remaining modes. The power button on the tail cap is a momentary button with two stages. The first click is a turbo made at 2300 lumens, if pressed past the first click all the way down it goes into strobe mode. Once pressure is released from the switch the light turns off. One nice touch to turning the light is there is a quick ramp up on the brightnes.I will use this on trails or camping or dog walking in the dark but I doubt I could see myself using this as an EDC when there are some other slimmer options that are less intrusive. One gripe I have with the light is the clip. I prefer something that has a solid piece of metal instead of a bent wire. I feel like this might put more wear and tear on my pant pocket edge. The clip does have a plastic like coating on it so it doesn’t snag. The clip is also not as deep pocket cary as I prefer since the entire tailcap sticks out above clip. This probably works great to make it easier to grab as a more “tactical” light but a small thing that I am not as fond of in my preferred lights. The bezel of the light is slightly crenulated. Nothing crazy and not too jagged. This is more tacticool than truly functional in my opinion.

Bright and sturdy
I use a lot of flashlights since I live in the woods away from street lighting. So, I rely on having good lights. Last week, we had a power failure and I reached for this light. It lit up my room just fine while the electricity was off. I set it on the medium setting and bounced the light off the ceiling. It was adequate for most tasks I needed to do.I like that it is rechargeable. If you have a longer term power failure, the light comes with an adaptor so you can use CR123A batteries. The rechargeable battery is sufficient for me needs right now. Having the option makes it more utilitarian. It's easy to charge with the built-in USB-C outlet. The barrel is made of metal so it is sturdy and will stand up to a lot of use. I do wish that the barrel had a bit of knurling on it though. That would help with grip if the barrel gets wet. It is smooth, so can get a little slippery. There are three lighting modes on the main button toward the front of the light. You get the usual high, medium and low. The tailcap also functions to get you into a flashing mode. It is rated IP68 for water-resistance. That means it can withstand submersion in one meter of water for 30 minutes. The head of the light will get hot if you run it on the brightest setting for a while.Overall, it is a bright light with an easy-to-use menu button. It is rechargeable, which saves money on batteries. It's handy for emergencies, and can withstand some water and dust. The build quality is good. I think it is a good value and am happy with this purchase.

Bright and Useful
I love how bright this thing is, especially the tactical button.I keep it on my ekickscooter as an emergency light + at night it could easily pass as a self defense tool.I have only had it happen twice, but the light cut out and the power button flashed a few times then it wouldn't turn back on. I resolved it by unscrewing the battery door and reseated the battery. It worked right away. Not sure if it was a glitch with the battery protection or something, but worth noting.I just wish it was 21700 instead of 18650, but I have several of both types on hand.I don't trust the 3x AAA adapter as it could be a good backup for longer use, but with that kind of brightness and power pull, I just don't feel good using it in that mode. I can only imagine how fast those batteries would drain on high beam. It's hit the floor a few times and no visible signs of damage after hitting ceramic tiles. The clip feels solid and rigid for quick belt/shirt/strap securing/deploying.

HOTO Customer Service Is AMAZING
As another reviewer has reported, there was a battery issue with this product when I received it, where use of the 'tactical button" caused my flashlight to stop working. The only quick fix was to remove the battery for a moment. It's a great looking flashlight, like all other HOTO products, but this one seemed a bit functionally flawed.UPDATE: HOTO customer service contacted me offering assistance, and I now consider my problem to be resolved. I could not be happier with the HOTO brand overall, and I will continue to use and love their incredible products. Thank you HOTO!
