The taste is good however since I've been taking them I am experiencing bloating in my stomach I take one with Lukewarm water very morning I have stopped as I'm not sure of the benefits

Delicious tea, it helps me with my digestive system. I drink it 2 hours before bed. You can also take it after every meal, it helps relieve gas, bloating and heartburn.
