I love this breakfast drink! It mixes into milk or water really easily, without leaving any chunks of undissolved powder. The chocolate flavor really comes through, and it is very rich. It is more like drinking chocolate milk than most powdered drinks are. The nutritional content is great too. I especially love the good dose of iron and B vitamins. If you drink it on a regular basis, like I do, it is an affordable and easy to make breakfast treat that never gets old.

I love the flavor of this milk chocolate drink. I have many am pills to take, and I swallow them with this drink. Helps the pills go down easier, and coats my stomach so I have no issues with my meds.

Great drink for breakfast.

I feel like I wouldn't be alive right now, if not for chocolate Carnation Instant breakfast. Yes, I still call it Carnation Instant breakfast! I've used this periodically for decades. In the 1970s, it got me through several years of junior high and High School, when it was the only thing I could eat or drink in the morning; because I would feel like I was going to throw up every day for several years when I was very tired and sleep deprived. That still happens to me as an extremely older adult! And, as a tired and busy old woman, I depend on this for the last few years and foresee it will be a staple in my diet for years to come. It's usually the only thing I have the strength to prepare when I am able to get up. I get some protein and energy; and the chocolate flavor is great. It helps satisfy my insatiable need for chocolate! The only issue I have is that the chocolate version can be challenging to get completely mixed. I believe it was within the last few years there was some sort of improvement, which I didn't notice; but I did notice it no longer mixed easily.

The large size is harder to find but Amazon always has it. I rarely if ever eat breakfast because I do IMF. Sometimes life interferes and I don't get a regular meal but I can enjoy this. Now I realize that not all ingredients in this product is great for you. However, I can mix it up with regular milk in a larger glass, sit down and drink it to enjoy. It cuts my starving cravings and I get my daily dairy. Good backup instead of a candy bar and a Dr Pepper.
