Id seen this ceremonial cacao earlier this year and finally got to try it. This stuff is strong, after about an hour of having x2 small chunks of this melted into a nice drink I had an emotional release which lasted almost an hour ( I've been through quite a bit of stress recently). I couldn't stop crying. Felt much better and lighter after-ward, and since the first time Ive had it, Im feeling calmer, more able to think logically about things, less anxiety etc. I really believe this stuff works wether its due to lowering blood pressure or it actually does open up the heart chakra the results are what you've read about. The quality of product is very good aswell, from the packaging to its contents which have a rich, indulgent smell and taste....I felt in good hands with this company. I originally swapped to this after moving from 70, 80, and then 90 % dark chocolate because I wanted to reduce the sugars in my body as I get older and be healthier overall. I found this cacao to be an amazing alternative and a much healthier choice than regular chocolate. I just add it to hot water, making sure the water is warm and not boiling as recommended, and sometimes I grate it over banana and yoghurt or into my kefir, which I really enjoy. From all the research I have done, it certainly seems healthy and packed with nutrients, and I definitely will not be buying cocoa powder or regular chocolate anymore.👍

Luvly in hot milk or hot water with honey . Great value .

It's lovely chocolate. Didn't realise it is in quite big bits , make measuring it out a bit awkward so I just break them up a bit and measure out a tablespoon, seems to work. It isn't cheap but compared to the stuff you buy supermarket ,which also isnt cheap, I think it is worth its price.

There's no other way that I can describe this. First time user, the packet arrived and I put it straight to the test. Single-handedly the best 'hot chocolate' drink I have ever had. Silky smooth and decadent, a delight to the senses. I will be purchasing again.

Lovely taste just need a little honey to sweeten , I have approx 30g melted with milk
