Calming peace of mind.
Gives me a calmness and takes the edge off my lows. Less anxiety and quiets intrusive thoughts. Has helped me sleep better too. Overall Im very happy with this little pill. This paired with Magnesium Glycinate has been a welcomed change.

100% the truth
I WAS A SKEPTIC. THIS LITERALLY CHANGED SO MUCH FOR ME. I DONT TAKE IT EVERYDAY THATS HOW MUCH IT AFFECTD MY MOOD. I HAVE DEPRESSION AND AMXIETY. THIS WORKED WONDERS BUT BE CAREFUL TO MONITOR. I CAUGHT MYSLEF GETTING A LITTLE TO CHILL AFTER A WEEK OR SO.

Very small easy to swallow tablets.
Does seem to help with mental clarity, and I like the very small tablet size. Also a very good price for the product.

Doesn't contain as much as claimed...
...on the front of the label, but it IS lithium orotate - the real deal. After a stroke, I was trying to do the right thing: quit smoking. I used Chantix and it BROKE my brain! My ability to sleep unmedicated has been OBLITERATED ENTIRELY. After some trouble with my CRNP thinking I was having 'problems' with Seroquel because someone kept helping themselves to a pretty good number of them when I wasn't aware, she just up and cut off my prescription. Long-term sleep deprivation is absolute agony, and, searching the 'net, I learned that the ingredient in Seroquel that brings sleep is lithium orotate. Problem solved, right? Nope. I was duped more than once by unscrupulous vendors who sold me I don't know what, but these DO have my magic solution. However, I have to take multiple partial handfuls to get sleep; again, they only contain a small amount. All in all, I'm kinda forced to be satisfied with them because enough of them DO bring some sleep! Good luck, folks! :)

Lithium supplement
Seems fast working and effective but I think at this dose, taking 2X a week seems plenty. Fast shipping and exactly as advertised. Nice product.
