Helpful Support for PCOS – reoccurring purchase!
As a woman with PCOS, I’m always cautious about supplements, but I’ve had a really positive experience with these Inositol Tablets (4000mg Myo-Inositol with Vitamin B6). on the larger side so a little difficult to swallow but easy to snap in half to swallow them that way. two in the morning two in the evening and i noticed a huge difference in pcos symptoms.

Good tablet but too big
I’ve been taking this supplement for my pcos for about a year now. It’s helped my period pains a lot. I bleed for around 5 days now when before it was 8 days and really heavy. I think it’s somehow helped my skin clear up? But the tablets are quite big that’s the only negative.

VERY LARGE PILLS
Probably do exactly what they’re supposed to but they are very large! I would not buy this again the daily dosage is 4 pills. Even with breaking them in half they’re still pretty big and I never usually have problems taking medication. The pills are white and I cut them in half so I take 8. My video shows them next to other large pills I take without issue.

My periods have become regular again
Having PCOS it was guess work when my periods would show up, however after taking this for a few months I’ve noticed my periods are more predictable now and a lot less painful than they used to be.
