We loved it! It can also be used to heat on the burner. As long as you keep it clean it looks very premium!

The item is very bad, it gets so hot that we can’t even lift the pot. And the strainer after using it for few times, gets blocked, So water can’t pass through. Worse product wouldn’t recommend to anyone, it’s not at all heat resistance.

Its only useful for tea without milk if you are used to drinking tea with milk then its useless. The milk just bursts out of the nosel as it boils. I recommend not to buy if ur using it for milk tea. The handle gets very hot and its impossible to hold it with a pair of tongs

Cannot be more satisfied with this product! I was looking for a large pot to make herbal teas in, because you need to boil them for some time and then strain. With this beautiful pot, I can boil even on a gas burner and no need to strain afterwards, just keep the herbs inside and enjoy even a second round of boiling or reheating easily. The strainer fits in the glass pot very firmly with metal handles so it is very sturdy and stable even when pouring the tea. Amazing pot, recommend to buy 👍 👍 👍

I received this item in broken condition and have a video to prove it. But I cannot proceed as the page doesn't load. How convenient. Now I cannot ask for Replacement or Refund
