I’ve been using the JUGRFIT cold plunge tub and water chiller daily since purchasing it in August, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The setup was incredibly easy and straightforward—I had everything up and running quickly with no issues. Since day one, the system has worked perfectly and consistently, maintaining cold temperatures without any problems. The build quality is solid, the chiller performs exactly as advertised, and the entire setup has been reliable even with daily use. It has become a core part of my recovery and wellness routine.

Wasn’t going to buy an inflatable but the durability of this unit exceeded expectations so took the “plunge” (pardon the pun). Easy to maintain, good circulation, and like its portability. What I want to highlight is the customer service. Have never worked with a company so responsive. Have had a good number of communications with them and not only were their responses quick, they were detailed with unexpected tips, links, and suggestions…in essence, they went above and beyond. We’ve even been experimenting with different components when I wanted to enhance my experience with the system and they have been extremely responses when parts were requested. Only thing I will mention is that here in Florida, and only during the hot humid months, the chiller struggles a bit to maintain the mid-40 temperatures. However, before and after those hot summer months the chiller has worked fine. For my wife and I, mid to upper 40 degree temps is fine. I would suggest a reflective blanket for the hotter summer months to help maintain temperatures and make it easier on the chiller if the unit is outside and exposed to some sun (wouldn’t recommend placing this system in direct sunlight in Florida). Also recommend shutoff nozzles at the input and output ports in the tub for easier filter maintenance and draining. Finally, I placed the macro filter I got with the tub before the pump because it filters the larger sediments before circulating through the pump (one time it captured a baby frog that found its way into the tub and was glad it didn’t get circulated through the system). I use a micro filter after the pump to strain the smaller sediments because pumps generally are designed to push water vs pull water through a system. Great investment and phenomenal customer service. Yes, if you piecemeal you might be able to put this system together yourself for less money. However, the company is responsive, has figured out how to make this system work, and the product is good quality making it worth what I would call, at most, a small additional cost.

Excellent cold plunge! Its the best bang for your buck. I put this on my bedroom patio and I've been pretty good at getting in it every morning after a hot shower. The quality is great and it came with extra parts and backup/spare pieces too which was great. You'll love this setup.

Five stars all the way, especially for the price. All and all the directions were clear for set up, it works as advertised and is definitely worth the money. It does take about a day to chill it down the first time you run it, and since the filter is small on the cooler you definitely need to change out the water fairly offer, but all and all we are very satisfied with it. Girlfriend and I used it daily and are definitely seeing the results. She works with skin and after a few weeks of use the results are amazing. Wish it had a better way to clean it, but we got a water filter for our hose and that really helps!

Upgraded my review to 5 Stars. Took a few business days to get a response on my defective chiller, but once they connected, Nick and the customer Service team were outstanding! Asked me a few questions and for a short video so they could review the situation. Then sent me a new chiller the next day! Very timely and professional. Just what you’d expect from a quality company with a quality product. Loved the product for about a month before the chiller stopped working. Have tried to contact the company but no response. There is no phone number available for customer service, only an online form. Can anyone assist? I have seen a couple of other similar reviews where the company sent a new chiller. Will definitely upgrade the rating if someone from the company would contact me and assist.
