This laundry bag is amazing. First off, I bought two of these to bring with me to college, and these bags are fantastic. They hold a ton of clothes, have a strong drawstring, and can be packed away very easily.*THE GOOD*1. The laundry bag is made out of a very strong nylon-like material. The bag is perforated and you are able to see into it.2. The drawstring is very strong. Never have I ever had it snag on me while closing the bag.3. You can hold over 10 pounds of clothes (and possibly even more) without having to worry about the bag ever ripping.4. It has a big mouth so you can stuff all your dirty clothes in, and even your clean clothes in after you wash them.*THE NOT SO GOOD*1. The end of the drawstring is fraying a bit, but this is after 50+ washes, with the bag being washed along with the clothes.2. Since the bag is slightly perforated, if you have smelly clothes, you will be able to smell them.*SHOULD YOU BUY IT*Yes! This bag is amazing! I do not see this bag failing on me anytime soon. it can hold so much and possibly even more if you stuff it full to the brim. I wash this bag along with my dirty clothes, and I have not noticed any fraying on the bag itself. Get this bag!

These are very nice and sturdy laundry bags and the size is good as well. I ordered 6 of them and they came in two days. They hold about two loads of laundry. Towels would be about 1 load. Very happy with my purchase.

I am giving 4 stars for this white mesh laundry bag that I use in sterilite plastic trash cans for dirty clothing...I have 2 of these bags...I use one in one can which is the kind you press and it pops up and opens, and it is over 2 feet tall; and the other is the kind you push in and it swings back and forth and it is about 3 feet tall...I could not find how many gallons it holds...the mesh bags are slightly stretchy enough to fit all the way to the bottom and the top of the bags go over the top of the cans to hold them securely...I want to purchase a few more...At first I did not want to purchase more of these...In fact, the reason I bought one at first is because one of the customer reviewers said he/she liked the mesh bag for using in the dryer with a sheet in it, esp so that my sheets would not wrap around other garments preventing them from drying, as well as so that I would not lose socks in them...However, when I tried washing and then drying the mesh bag with the sheet, the plastic closure part on the bag melted and I could not open the bag...Fortunately Amazon was responsible and promptly refunded my money and told me I could cut the bag open to take my garments out...In the customer reviews, I wrote to the person who wrote the review about using the sheet in the bag, explaining my experience...I got a response from what was supposedly Honey-Can-Do, stating that they did not have this type of feedback from anyone else and that they tried out the bag in a dryer, and that they did not have any problem, and that there must be something wrong with my dryer...I was upset with that answer bec I found some older reviews where some other customers had the problem I had, and so I thought they were not being honest, which concerned me bec I really wanted the product to work, esp for drying sheets...Moreover, I thought I may have received the wrong bag...I later realized I did not receive the wrong bag.About 6 mos later (which was about 8 mos ago), I contacted the actual company Honey-Can-Do, both by email and telephone, and told them what happened...I copied and pasted all of the responses I received, which, according to Amazon, was supposedly from Honey-Can-Do, since the reply I received said "Honey-Can-Do says"...However, I was told by the customer service rep at the real Honey-Can-Do company that it was not from their company...She even researched the problem before getting back to me...She said they did not do any such test that Amazon's Honey-Can-Do claimed to do...Furthermore she said that it is fine to throw the mesh bags into the dryer just as I did...Finally, she sent me two free bags to try...One was for trying again the same way I did before with the sheet inside and the plastic closure pulled closed...If that melted closed again, I would have to cut the bag open again...If that happened again, I would take the advice of another customer review I read, by taking the plastic closure off and instead tying a knot with the string after putting the sheet inside...So far I have not done that, but when I do, I will add to this review...Meanwhile, I am having success using the 2 bags as I described in the first paragraph, enough to warrant giving them at least a 4...I like the fact that after I drag or carry these down to my basement, I can see the dirty clothing though the mesh bag, so that I can sort it at the last minute as I do a dark wash first, then a light or white wash...Had I not received those, I would have given the product a zero...What really was disturbing was that when the conversation with the supposed "Honey-Can-Do" responders occurred, I never found out why someone would make believe they were the company...I even tried a couple of mos ago and again tonite to write back in the same place that our correspondence was occuring, and quite a few times they did not let me write anymore, and I found that out by pressing the button for my review to post, only to find it all disappeared. Frankly that pissed me off and made me think they are shady...However, even if I thought that someone at Amazon was shady and making believe they are the company, remember that they did make good with me immediately by refunding my money...And, as I said, Honey-Can-Do was generous to give me 2 bags for free...However, it bothers me to think that someone at Amazon would try to do that, particularly as it relates to purchasing other products in the future...Interestingly, I think I may know the reason the plastic piece really melted, though I cannot be sure...I have old fashioned type of cotton sheets that may take a longer time to dry than most sheets...so, perhaps the mesh laundry bag is not meant for leaving in the dryer to dry all kinds of sheets all the way though...I do not know, but as I said, I will test it out and write back here when I find these available through Amazon (I prefer to purchase directly from their stock and shipping if possible)and when I feel up to the challenge again...

I cover and uncover my car every day because I hate to wash the car. But no way is my car cover ever going to fit in the car cover bag that it came with when I purchased it. But his mesh laundry bag, is not too big or too small plus everything on this bag is in good condition to last a long time. No more messing to try and get the designed bag to accommodate the cover to put away with pulled muscles and frustration to cram it in there. This bag is the solution to grief and its light weight too. Also, when I have something I want to wash that is really stretchy, this bag doubles for preserving the stretch of those items, especially pants. I put the long cord inside the bag when I do this so it does not get stressed in the wash. I bought mine in blue which is a pretty color. It line dries quickly ready for the car cover in a short time. I don't put it in the dryer. Love this bag and highly recommend it for many uses.
