Pretty good! Internal battery life is good, magnification is good, light is BRIGHT (almost wish one setting was half brightness).

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I absolutely love this mirror! The size is perfect — not too bulky, yet large enough to be practical. I got the brushed nickel finish, which looks sleek and matches beautifully with my bathroom décor. It’s double-sided, with great clarity on both sides, and the extension arm is very smooth and flexible — I can easily adjust it up or down depending on how I’m using it. It’s also lightweight, which makes it ideal for traveling. My husband also uses it and loves it for shaving. Truly, I like everything about it. What makes this purchase even better is the amazing customer service. Long after I had received the mirror — and after the return window had passed — the seller reached out to ask how I was enjoying the product. I explained that I had accidentally broken it just a couple of days after using it (I lost control of the stem while adjusting it, and it fell), and I didn’t think I could request a replacement since it was my fault. To my surprise, the customer service team didn’t hesitate — they offered to send me a brand-new mirror free of charge. I was so impressed by their kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a seller who checks in proactively and genuinely cares about your experience. Now I get to enjoy my mirror all over again, and I’ll be extra careful with it this time! I wanted to love this mirror; it's a good size, I like that it's rechargeable, and I like the 3 different light color tones. I ended up having a problem with the on/off switch - it didn't want to respond even with repeated tapping. I had the same issue with a different but similar product, so I am thinking it's a general design flaw and not something particular to this product. The 4 star rating is because the vendor reached out to me directly, and when I explained the problem they were quick to offer me the choice of a replacement or a refund; I chose refund and they promptly granted it. I greatly appreciate the proactive reaching out and the quick response.

The charging hole on this is actually extremely cool on this, it’s seamless like you can’t tell it’s there. High quality and clarity, extremely awesome for the price I’m IMPRESSED

I have been looking for a good sturdy lighted mirror for a while. I like this one because it’s sturdy, it is rechargeable (cord included), has the two-sided mirror (one side is regular and the other side is magnified. The magnified side not distort my face. Both sides have the 3 different light options. It’s made of stainless steel and has a solid base. The height can be adjusted. I use it when I’m doing my hair, cleaning my face, applying my makeup and eyelashes. I also use it when I’m plucking unwanted facial hair. I can see my pores much better. The mirror is great for travel because it can easily be disassembled and packed because I often find a need for a mirror of this type and it’s not available at destination of stay. It doesn’t have suction, but it’s also not necessary because the weight of the mirror is enough that it doesn’t move when I’m using at my destination of choice. It holds a good charge for long time. I use it daily and I have not had to charge it since the day received it. After searching for mirrors, I had purchased a couple of different similar styles. But I returned them all because they were not of good quality. This one is certainly a keeper!! I’m very pleased with my purchase and could have saved myself much frustration and time had I purchased this one when I started my search to purchase.

This mirror was great, when it worked properly!!! Bought in March 2025, its now July 2025 and its complete garbage. First, The magnifying side has come unglued and keeps falling off. It’s annoying but the real issues are the connections inside are bad and the battery doesnt charge anymore!!! Only 4 months and now I need to buy a new one. Awful quality
