A kitchen staple, and arguably a gold standard when it comes to pre-mixed curry spices
One of the better (to me) pre-mixed dry curry varieties. I'm not from India much less Madras, so I can't swear to the perfection of its authenticity, but it's good stuff regardless. The hot version is very hot, BTW - for chicken vindaloo and other dishes that are very, very spicy. This regular version is quite mild in that sense but is not bland in flavor. It's certainly better than competing offerings from McCormick, etc., and store brands (Amazon, Kroger/Safeway/Albertson's, etc.).

personalizing a blend
Really good northern Indian blend - not too salty or "hot". I then mix this with 1/4 of the more Rani hot blend curry and 1/4 of the Rani Garam Masala to get a little "sweeter" less salty blend. But that is just my preference.
