This product does not massage my neck. The two massage wheels under the fabric are too far away to reach my neck. I’m a woman and I got my mother to try it too and she couldn’t feel anything either. The picture of the woman using this in the description is what sold it to me. But it’s not fit for a woman. I regret the purchase.

It’s solidly built and I think it will last if not mistreated. There is no way of adjusting the distance between the two massage heads so you have to expect it to only massage a limited area . However the heads give a strong massage which goes as deep as you are prepared to lean into it! I use it on calf muscles as well very effectively. The heat element is useful for sore muscles but I prefer to ice myself so don’t use it. Various speeds allow for more intense massage- same but quicker. I would want an improved model to vary the heads spacing to allow for broader shoulders and thicker necks!

It's an intense, brutal contraption that I almost sent back. My neck has been hurting for a while, and the first time that I used this massager, it hurt like a bitch! I also had more pain the next day. I started a return, however I was curious about how others felt so I did some deep diving. Turns out that I wasn't alone, after reading advice I tried again with the right thickness of a hand towel. The experience went from OWWW to WOW! You have to adjust as you go by using a towel or whatever you choose to be in between your neck and the massager. I'm still ticked about the shoulders, the two arm things are used to support the massager while on your neck, not to massage your shoulders. Big disappointment there, but it does a great job massaging my neck. It's kinda heavy, but worth it.

Great packaging, easy to read instructions and are clear and concise. The product can be used for neack and shoulder, lower back OR just neck which I like. The massage feels great but what I like most is the customer / user is in control of the intensity of the massage by applying desired pressure on the two pull down straps in the front of the unit! This puts you in total control of how much or how little of a massage you wish to receive! Great feature

I work from home, after around 5-6 hours of working I often have shoulder pain in my traps area and I also occasionally wake up with a stiff neck. I have been on this fence about getting one of these and I bought it on a whim one night.. I've never bought a comfier product and I haven't heard of this brand before but since this was only around $45 when bought it, I figured it was worth the gamble given if I didn't like it then I would just return it and be out nothing but a little bit of my time. I'm 6'3, have broad shoulders so honestly wasn't expecting much this but even though the battery life could be better, this has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The motor is strong and doesn't give out, even when on my back and leaning against it in a chair. This really works the back of my neck, the back sides of my neck and my traps. It has two speeds and one "pattern" of slow, jerky movement that I really enjoy. This also gets insanely hot and if I have been using this with the heat for a while I will have to take it off and take a break. The straps allow me to apply a lot of pressure when I need it. It fits well and is fairly quiet when running. Overall, I really do enjoy this. It was well worth the gamble for me
