Here are my images, showing with and without the blocker. As you can see, it is working perfectly. The D- and D+ LEDs are not lit, which means data transfer is being blocked.

Brought these for work, I travel a lot and need security when using devices for work. This offers the protection. I even had this item tested to make sure it was blocking data reading and only charging - so far all good.Great value for money.

Bought so that I could charge my phone from my work computer without it connecting over a data connection, so that it wouldn’t 1. trigger a security warning for connecting the phone and 2. put my work laptop at risk of malware if my phone got compromised. I’ve since also used the adapter to power my client laptop through the new work monitor’s without fear of it trying to connect to my work LAN when an Ethernet cable has been plugged into the monitor. In both scenarios the adapter has worked perfectly. Has been used for a good time now and shows no sign of wear. I would recommend this product.

These are smart, high quality metal finished data blockers for USB C to USB C. I bought these as I often travel and use public charging sockets on planes, airports, trains, buses, and taxis. I like that these are super compact, although that does make them easy to lose so having 2 in a pack is ideal. They work inline and you continue to use your existing cables, so if you do need data throughput, you can simply remove this from the end of the same cable. My only negative is a lack of independent authentication of testing that these work, so only have my own tests to rely on.

Slow charging speed Using my USB meter - charging my mobile, using the same cable, and connecting immediately - one following the other, the charging rate dropped from 8.1 watts to 2.45 Watts. That is it increased the charging time by about 3.3 times. Say from 1 hour to 3 hours 18 minutes.

Great product, small, easy to use, and work well; my devices still say they're charging rapidly when using a USB-C to USB-C cable. Checked with a multimeter and USB 3.2 cable to confirm that there is no continuity on any of the data transmission lines. Also, customer service were very helpful when I had questions about how they're made.

Hallo Die Lieferung kam ziemlich schnell . Der erste funktionstest klappte auch gut. Das einzige was man eigentlich bemängeln kann ist das der USB ziemlich klein ist.Das kann unterwegs dazu kommt das man den USB schnell verliert.

It really works. Charging is fine, but no data can pass. Careful though - it's easy to lose. I keep mine on the charge/data cable - unless I'm transferring data.

The pair of data blockers is reasonably priced and work fine.

Good qulity product highly recommended

They work great! we use them in a car which gets confused as to which phone to talk to when both are plugged in -it's easier than going through the menus to change phones. It's also good to use when plugging into an unknown USB to charge - it makes sure that your phone isn't compromised either accidentally or on purpose.
