Never wrote a review on Amazon before but I’m so impressed with these little patches. I initially bought these for my 11 year old son who has struggled for years with stuffy nose. It gently encouraged his mouth to close at night / this did not occur straight away. It took just over a week of use for him to sleep with his mouth fully closed. He was actually asking for his mouth taped. I could really notice how much more alert he was and generally more willing to do stuff. I thought I’d give it a go too and I am not a snorer and don’t consider myself to have any issues as such. I can’t believe the difference it has made to my restorative sleep and resting heart rate metrics almost immediately. HRV is up. I feel so much more rested. I would consider myself to be an healthy individual and have worn a fitness tracker for years. I have never been able to achieve some of the metrics that have occurred overnight from taping my tape. I am amazed! Husband is now trying them.

When I first started using these they where blue coloured and excellent, since then the quality has been variable, once I complained and was promised a replacement sample once they had resolved there manufacturing problems, which never happened, I also complained to Amazon and they didn’t follow up on the communications chain. Though the new branding came with an increase in price, I was hopeful previous problems had been overcome. I find the new version the worst yet, and finally after persevering I gave up on using them, the adhesive comes away from the tape, and I end up spending most the day trying to remove the adhesive from my skin. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

This exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable, and didn't irritate my skin as I expected. It's not so constricting so you can still talk and you are still able to keep your mouth open a little bit however my mouth is not near enough as dry in the mornings. It's apparently helped me stop snoring too. If you feel like you need a nasal spray just make sure it's not addictive. I fell asleep without it once and woke up with a new appreciation for it.

So, positives, the tape is strong and stays in place, even if you scratch it while sleeping by mistake. Negatives, It leaves so sticky residue which takes a little time to remove, but no the end of the world. As the video and description it does NOT WORK for night puffing, HOWEVER, if you turn it around 90 degrees, place one end under your nose, stretch the tape to under your chin, and it works..

This is an excellent product. The quality of my sleep has improved as a result of using these and I wake up feeling more refreshed. They are easy to put on and take off. One thing I particularly like about them is that I can still open my mouth a bit - the tape doesn't actually come into contact with your lips. The only negative is the adhesive. Some packs I've received are quite sticky and leave a residue that requires something like Vaseline or make up remover, soap and water are not enough. If the manufacturer could get the adhesive right, this would be a 5 star product. However, saying that - I wouldn't be without these as I sleep so much better.

I had large ones both normal and sensitive, they were for an adult but they were too big and not comfortable, so this time I went for medium size. Somehow feels thinner ( maybe I am imagining it 😆) than large ones. They are actually perfect for me. They are not too sticky to peel off, doesn't leave glue on my face! So pleased to purchase medium size.

I have been using the old style Myotape for a number of years and have been extremely happy. Until now. They have changed the product. No longer do we get a single sheet with multiple mouth tapes to easily peel off to use. Now each mouth tape comes as an individual tape. I guess just like a finger plaster. I am sure there are many users who have no problem removing the paper backing but I have struggled massively. Sometimes taking about 3 or 4 minutes to release the tape. It’s nighttime, no glasses, arthritis in the hands and you expect it to be easy. Well no. Clearly only tested by young people and in perfect daylight. Oh, and the glue stays on your face after washing and indeed scrubbing your face the next day. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered these previously and aside from an issue with sticking after a few days stubble they tend to assist with a dry mouth at night. Unfortunately I’ve placed two consecutive orders for a MEDIUM only to be sent a size LARGE. I find the medium tape works better and pulls the mouth closed better as opposed to the Large. Sadly the system to order a Medium appears to be broken so I’ll look at others brands - which are cheaper too.

Really helps in training against snoring.
