This tea is good for liver, so go for it if you are worried about your liver health. The flavor is healthy, but little bit like oil taste, but that is to be expected if you want a healthy liver.

It is working on reducing fatty liver. Just consuming this tea may not show any change on your weight of your cholestrol level. Need to change the lifestyle.
