I spend a lot of time at my desk, and for years, I've been doing the antsy-leg-shuffle. I'd cross my legs, then tuck one under me, then rest them on the base of my chair... anything to get comfortable. My lower back would ache, and my feet would just feel tired. I've looked at those bulky plastic footrests, but they always seemed clunky and in the way. Then I saw this foot hammock and thought, "Well, that's a weird idea... but I'm desperate, so let's try it." I am SO glad I did. This thing is amazing. Setup Was a Breeze Right out of the box, I could tell it was pretty straightforward. The package came with the canvas hammock, two metal hooks, the wooden dowels to keep it open, and the adjustable straps. The instructions were simple, but I barely needed them. You just screw the hooks into the sides of your desk (make sure you have a desk with sides you can screw into!), clip on the ropes, and you're done. The whole process took me less than 5 minutes. The canvas feels really durable and the stitching is solid, so I wasn't worried about it ripping. Finding My Perfect Comfort Zone The best part about this hammock is how adjustable it is. The ropes have a simple locking clamp that lets you easily change the height. I quickly found two positions that I now use all the time: "Work Mode": I set it a bit lower, just a few inches off the ground. This position is perfect for when I'm typing and need to be sitting up straight. It keeps my feet slightly elevated, which takes all the pressure off my lower back and keeps my posture much better. No more slouching! "Relax Mode": When I'm leaning back to read, watch a video, or just take a breather, I raise the hammock up much higher. Kicking my feet up like I'm in a recliner right at my desk is a level of luxury I never knew I needed. It's incredibly comfortable and makes my workspace feel so much more relaxed. The Little Details I also have to mention the little headphone holder that comes with it. It’s a simple hook that sticks to the side of your desk with adhesive. I thought it was just a small add-on, but I use it constantly! It’s so nice to have a dedicated spot to hang my headphones instead of just tossing them on my desk where they get tangled. It’s a small but really thoughtful addition. Final Verdict I honestly can't believe what a difference this simple little hammock has made. My back feels better, my legs don't get restless, and I'm just genuinely more comfortable throughout my entire workday. It’s sturdy, super easy to adjust, and stays out of the way when I'm not using it. If you work from home or spend hours at a desk, do your feet (and your back) a favor and get one of these. It's one of the best and most affordable upgrades I've ever made to my office setup. 10/10 would recommend!

Easily installed on my Sit/Stand desk. Adjusting the footrest to my desired height took longer than installation. The ropes and tensioner did not seem robust enough for my work setting, but were easily replaced with a moderate weight paracord and aluminum guy line tensioner. Even with my upgrades factored in, it was a good price for the quality. It is the perfect size under the desk and doesn't interfere with movement when not in use. Because it is adjustable, it is very comfortable. Also, it is not padded so it doesn't retain heat.

As a member of the vertically challenged community, my feet rarely sit flat on the floor no matter what chair I'm in. I work from home and in order to be at the right height for my desk, my office chair has to be one of those chairs my feet dangle from. Which sometimes is fine but after a while it can put strain on my lower back. I searched under desk foot rests and found this one based not only on the affordability but it had high reviews. And now I know why. My desk is 59" long and I have PLENTY of "wiggle room" to adjust the hammock and it was incredibly easy to install. Once installed and adjusted to the right height and tension I put my feet up and immediately felt relief on my lower back. This is the best purchase I have made for myself to make my home office as comfortable as possible!

I really wanted to like this foot hammock. its pretty comfortable when it stays attached. The issue is that it constantly falls off the desk, even when screwing it as tight as possible. There are really cheap plastic pads attached to metal locking screws, which immediately disintegrated. Then the hook will stay on for roughly 15 minutes before making a loud THUD sound as it crashes to my floor. In addition to being annoying, it also damaged my wooden floor. Giving it 3 stars because maybe it would stay attached to a thicker desk. Mine is fairly thin, but that should be set as a minimum thickness in the product description instead of just not working.

This is a game changer 😍 I like how you can easily adjust the height. It was super easy to set up, and it seems very sturdy so far. The rope seems like it’s higher quality than I saw in older reviews. I haven’t tried the hook on the side but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work well. It’s a little on the skinny side, but that doesn’t matter to me really (my feet are small, and sometimes I rest my legs instead of my feet). Perfect for someone who works at home, or a gamer/streamer like me :)

It serves the intended purpose & was easy to hang.

I stopped using it a couple of months ago as the mounts have shredded the cords due to sharp edges on the loops for the cords. I have tried rubber grommets on the mounts, but they do not stay in place due to movements from placing or removing my feet on the hammock. I have replaced the cords a couple of times with para-cord, but the mounts continue to shred the cords. The blue cord in the picture is my para-cord I tried as a replacement. The mounts tend to move on the desk, and the pads that are supposed to protect the desk eventually slide out from between the desk and mount. Disappointed with the issue with the cord shredding. Otherwise, the concept is great. If it did not shred the cords, I would give a much higher rating. It would be useful, but not worth buying if you can't use it.

For the price i was expecting this to last not very long. But to my surprise it has held up very well. Took some time to find the right angle and tightness i like but in the long term it is working for what i wanted it for.

I had no issues this is very easy to put together and I cannot get leg strain mostly a very good product

I had pain in my knees because I am too small to touch the ground in my desk chair, so I always cross/fold my legs ( in meditation pose) but it does put a lot of strain on my knees. I got this so I can have my leg unfolded and straight and it's perfect!

You may need to conduct some experimenting to make this useful for yourself, but try to not wreck the strings. The metal hangers are basically garbage and too small for a thick desk. I thread the hanging-strings through the frame of my desk to make this useful.

I like this foot hammock. I have it under my desk and it is quite comfortable. The fabric is durable, and the ropes are fine. Obviously it could be better quality, but for the money spent it is just fine. I also like the headphone hook, but I wasn't expecting it to need to be attached to the braces which hold the hammock (I thought it would have its own brace). No problem, I just used some mounting tape to affix it to my desk. Overall, I'm pleased.

I got this as I needed something to put my feet up on under my desk. It fits perfect - my desk is almost 2 meters long and it fits perfectly. It's really comfortable and great quality! I love it!
