Another edit!! I received a new cassette player and thank the sellers!! It’s rare in this day and age to find a company that truly cares about their customers!! I’m editing this review because the seller reached out to me and offered to refund or replace the cassette player!! Who does that anymore? I requested a replacement and if all goes well, I will change it to a 5 star!! Excellent customer service! This cassette player started out great. I used it and the radio until late July or August. Went to use the cassette player one day and it wouldn't work. I tried going back to radio then trying the cassette player again, nothing. I bought this item because I wanted a cassette player I could use with my blue-tooth headset. It wasn't worth the cost.

After doing much researching of blue tooth cassette players I settled on this one. I am happy I did!! The speaker has a nice clear punchy sound. It was delivered with no damage to the box and it was packed very well in bubble wrap. I connected the cassette to my Sound core Motion Boom Plus IP67 Portable Speaker this was going to be a make it or break it deal keeper for me and I am happy to say the cassette connected flawlessly and played my cassette music very very well!! I didn't use my cassette right away after purchasing it and the Amazon return window had closed for me to return after the cassette lost its reception ability for FM and AM radio. I contacted the customer service department by email for a fix to my problem and with very quick same day response and email kindness they are sending me a replacement at no charge. The customer rep at the Jazzmm service team really stand behind their product!!! 4 stars would be for the cassette because I was hoping I could not connect by blue tooth to my car like I can with my phone but I assume right now that a cassette device like that right now doesn't exist. I was informed by their service team this cassette does not connect with a car. But hey that's ok. If this company ever sale one like that in the future I will definitely buy from this company. Worked well for exactly 1 month, then immediately broke.

I have not used one of these in years. I had some cassette tapes that I wanted to use with my stationary bike and this proved to be a great choice. Good sound. Easy to adjust.

BUYERS BEWARE. This cassette player only played of an on for about 8 hours before it slowed down the cassette audio and made it sound terrible. It was not damaged, but it was like the tapes we put in it were playing slower. Do not purchase this item. It will not last and doesn’t hold the play speed properly. Update the company did offer a refund, but we had already thrown the item away fearing someone else would receive it. I changed my review to 3 stars for good customer service.

--- UPDATED REVIEW --- July 30, 2024 I was refunded and they sent me a replacement. The newest cassette player I received works better than the first one... Tapes that didn't play in the first one, are playing now. We'll see how this one holds up over time (I'll set a reminder to come back in 60 days). Customer service was great!! While I was initially skeptical, they followed through with everything they offered. I truly appreciate this level of service and they were quick! They worked with me to send a new unit. I'm upgrading from 1 to 3 stars just simply on how well their customer service remedied the situation. I will update again once I receive a new tape deck to replace my old one. --- ORIGINAL REVEIW --- July 24, 2024 When I purchased this, I was originally surprised. The bluetooth worked flawlessly and only a few tapes from my collection seemed to have issues playing in this player... however, it only took one fall from my car seat to my car floor for it to quit playing all tapes correctly. Seriously less than a 1 foot fall, and now everything sounds like it plays in slow-mo. I'm mostly sad because it happened 1 day out of my return/exchange window. Sigh...

This cassette player works great! AM/FM reception is surprisingly good. Bluetooth is also works surprisingly well. Bluetooth pairs quickly and consistently. The outside speaker isn’t great. But if you look at the true 80s Walkman type cassette players they didn’t even come with external speakers. Cassette speed is spot on and if it’s not you can adjust with the azimuth opening (pin hole) on the back. I even tested the recording from the radio and it was also very good! Overall, I think this is a good bargain for the money. This little device really surprised me! Love this and I would highly recommend!

Too pricey, broke immediately,radio broke somehow, sound was great, functionality was pretty bad. Buy if you want, but if you wanna save your money, just find another one.
