Quite honestly, this is the best product I have taken to help my gut and keep me regular! Have started a subscription! Especially as this is a vegan product as well!!!

Only on my 2nd day of these gummy’s & I'm in trouble. I can’t deny that they are tasty and palatable but today I’ve experienced the most excruciating stomach cramps and bloating… thought I was going to pass out at one stage with sweating/ nausea. I’ve since done some research and it seems some people don’t tolerate live probiotic very well and it can exasperate gut symptoms rather than help them. I’m just recovered from a nasty Ibs flare up and was trying to improve my gut health - greatly regret that now. If you have troublesome bowels or Ibs etc I’d advise caution, maybe try a half or even a small portion of a gummy to gently introduce the live bacteria to your system. ⭐️ update ⭐️ I’ve added another star to the review Started taking half a gummy a day which has been working perfectly for me - the intense bloating has stopped and everything is now working tip top & regularly

Taste terrible horrid texture good value for money

I have tried a few different gummies, but these are the ones that suit me best. Gummies are such an easy way to take supplements, but they are often full of sugar or artificial sweetener so taste very sweet, but these ones just taste fruity and do not have any sugar or artificial sweetener added. They are easy to chew and just have a lovely pleasant fruity taste with the cherry quite a strong flavour within the mixture for me. The only downside I can see of this supplement is the price. At almost 70p per gummy for the supplement and one required daily this is a higher-than-average cost supplement but truly delicious so easy to take.

These fruit probiotic gummies comes in plastic packaging and inside is 30 gummies, recommended daily dose is to take 1 gummies per day, so this package will be enough for 30 days, they are in really good yummy appleberry flavour. I think and conclude that taking different vitamins in the form of gummies is the best solution, for children and for adults, I myself take vitamins only in the form of gummies, pleasant and useful. Great quality gummies at all, good value for money. I can easily highly recommended to anyone.
