This is the first time I bought this product. I soaked for about 8 hours and steam in water for 40 minutes. There are many small pieces of impurities but easy to pick out after soaking.

I couldn't really compare the quality of this item with others as I have only purchased this seller and have been pleased with the delivery and the quality every time. In general, you have to soak the peach gum for a long time and then wash it carefully to remove all the debris before cooking. Peach gum doesn't have any flavor but is known for the collagen in it. The texture is good and it goes really well with snow lotus seeds and Tragacanth.

I was hoping the peach gums would have at least a hint of peach flavor. but they don't. After soaking them for the recommended 24 hours all you have is a gelatin like substance. I'm sure I'll be able to use the product as a thickening agent in some food..

This is my first time try this product. You need to soak the product until it became soft. It taste soft and chewy. Good flavor with milk or coconut milk. The package quality is pretty good and it delivery on time.
