I'm on a glp-1 which is causing a lot of shedding especially seen when conditioning my hair. After using this shampoo and conditioner about 4 or 5 days, there was significant improvement in shedding! Before using this both hands were covered in hair when conditioning and now there's maybe 4 or 5 strands of hair.m, if that. The shampoo has a great lather and the conditioner is wonderful. Not much is needed. The only down side is the scent isn't good at all but I really didn't want to take away a star because it's highly effective in preventing hair loss. Next time I'll try a different scent to see if there's something better.

No more handfuls of hair while washing and conditioning! Been using for <2 months and can't really comment on the overall thickness of my hair, yet. Product is lightweight and brings out my curls. While pricey, a little goes a long way. The coconut/vanilla scent is subtle and clean. Also purchased and LOVE the jasmine/orange scent (more fruity than floral) that lingers on my hair all day. I don't love washing with recommended lukewarm/cold water, but do it anyway...for the sake of beauty.

This shampoo and conditioner are very nice. It leaves my curly fine hair feeling soft, clean, and healthy. The rose hips scent is ok. It doesnt smell bad I'm just super picky and thought it would smell more like roses. I bought this scent because I wanted something similar to bath and body works rose body wash but again this shampoo and conditioner only smells a tad like roses and the rest kinda smells like incense. Not bad but I would try a different scent next time. I took off one star not because of the shampoo and conditioner but because if the scalp serum. The smell of the oils in that is so overbearing that you literally want to wash it out asap because leaving it in overnight is too much. But otherwise good results and would recommend this set.

Best shampoo and conditioner I ever try I have been using it for a month the smell is amazing I just place my second order but bigger ones because the softness and texture after washing you hair is amazing and definitely has notice that my hair is falling less love it !!!!

This shampoo and conditioner works unbelievably well! I was experiencing age related shedding, thinning, dry brittle hair. I started doing research because I wasn’t excited about the idea of having to take expensive hair supplements. I read that blocking DHT was highly effective but, I wanted something with clean ingredients too. I was skeptical this would work but wow! After 1 month, my hair is growing, soft and smoother than it has been in a while—it feels like it did before all this started. I love seeing all the baby hairs growing! It will take time to completely repair all the thinning and breakage that has happened over the past year, but my hair already looks and feels 1000% better. It’s a relief to not watch your hair shed endlessly when you shower, or to be able to run your fingers through your hair and not have your hair in your hands. Highly recommend—it absolutely works! Worth every single penny.

I starting using this right away at the end of Oct 25 and have been using it steadily (2-3 X a week) ever since. It's been almost 4 months and I see or feel no difference whatsoever. My hair does feel pretty good. I bought the rose hips fragrance and it smells like some old musty perfume. This is the only hair product that I've used where I use more shampoo than conditioner. 2 pumps of shampoo and 1 of conditioner for my medium length hair. The conditioner kinda seems to foam up and spread rapidly through my hair, so I only need a very small amount. Last month I was at my dermatologist and he asked me what I was using for my thinning hair and recommended Nutrafol hair growth supplements. Overall, the Routine was just ok, but it didn't do what it was advertised to and it's way too pricey to use for just everyday shampoo and conditioner.

I have very fine and, now that I’m older and perimenopausal, it’s thinning. I’ve always struggled with my hair getting greasy quickly after I washed it and I’ve tried many many different things that try to volumize and keep it healthy looking. This is the very first product that I’ve ever found that actually works. Now I can’t say that I’ve grown more hair, but I don’t feel like I’m losing it the way I was before. I would wash and run my fingers through it with conditioner and gobs my hair would fall out. That doesn’t happen anymore. I’m also able to use the conditioner just fine and I don’t have to wash my hair as much. Usually 3 to 4 days and it still looks good. The volumizing on this did help me quite a bit. This stuff is golden if you have thin fine hair. I definitely noticed the difference and will continue to buy. Some people complained about the scent but honestly, it’s very mild. You smell it when you’re putting it on your hair, but I don’t really smell anything afterwards. My husband said it has a light scent, but he couldn’t really pinpoint what it was. It does tend to fluctuate in price. I think I paid just under $20 a bottle for each when I originally bought it and it’s definitely gone up. It is worth it though and I be buying it again regardless. One last heads up, look at the ounces. These are pretty tiny bottles, but it does tend to last quite a while.

smells fantastic and leaves my hair feeling wonderful, but after several months, I haven't seen any noticeable difference in growth v shedding. So...good shampoo/conditioner, but don't know if it's worth what they charge.

Have been using for 3 weeks now and have noticed a difference in the condition of my hair. I am definitely not losing so much and is feeling lovely to touch. Being a woman in her late 60s I have been subjected to thinning and breaking hair but this product definitely seems to be making a difference.

Heard so much about this brand of shampoo and conditioner for thinning and hair loss so I had to buy them as nothing worked in the past. So far after using only twice since buying, I feel a difference in my scalp and the hair loss is minimal. Another bonus, it makes my hair very soft and healthy looking. I look forward to continued use and further improvements to my hair. Highly recommend!

I started to use both shampoo and conditioner three months ago due to significant hair loss. I have long curly hair. The doctor described my loss as “generalised thinning all over” and recommended regaine. I bought routine after reading the reviews and persevered. After the first wash my hair looked healthier and has continued to look nice and shiny and the curl formation has improved due to my hair being well hydrated. I have noticed over the last few days I have new hair growth all over my scalp. It’s like peach fuzz but it’s there and it’s growing and I could not be happier. Around my hairline the new hair is healthy and strong. I have stopped buying the spray dye for my scalp because you can no longer see the thinning. This will be a forever repeat buy. Psoriasis and menopause…double whammy! I now alternate each wash with TGel one wash, then Routine shampoo & conditioner the next and I have stopped losing hair, and have regrowth. I was starting to think I’d be bald soon, having already had thin hair my whole life. Worth the investment!
