I have tried many sleep teas , this one really works.

Taste is not the best but you get used to it
The taste of the woody little number needs a few days to get used to but it seems to work sleep wise

Maybe a mental thing but I do seem to manage to drop off a lot quicker than I used to. Doesn't taste too bad. I do put some sugar in though shhh !
