I started using Hycosan Extra eye drops after having laser eye surgery when my eyes were feeling particularly dry and sore. They made a noticeable difference almost immediately. The drops feel very soothing and hydrating. The hyaluronic acid seems to provide longer-lasting moisture compared to some standard eye drops I’ve tried, which was exactly what I needed while my eyes were recovering from surgery. Another thing I like is the preservative-free formula and the bottle design, which makes it easy to apply a drop without wasting product although could be a little easier / smoother to press. A single drop in each eye usually provides relief for quite a while. If you suffer from dry eyes in general, or especially if you’ve recently had eye surgery, these are definitely worth trying. For me they were incredibly helpful during recovery and made my eyes feel much more comfortable.

Ordered these for my husband as he has dry eyes and they've been great at keeping them hydrated and soothed. He uses them daily and one bottle lasts over 6 months so they're good value for money. They work pretty instantly and the effect lasts for the whole day.

Recent blepharitis diagnosis so recommended this. Easy to use though have to hold down to heat eyes properly. Think it makes a difference. Think much better lasting heat than the microwavable masks.

Aided dry sore eyes which was experiencing on waking up in morning. Effective any time of day, also after working in dusty loft space. Even better for overnight eye soreness is HYCOSAN NIGHT ointment.

Hace 6 meses, hice la operación Lasik para quitarme las gafas. Durante la recuperación, los ojos de uno quedan muy secos. Utilicé muchísimas gotas distintas, Thealoz DUO, Lubristil, Lubristil monodosis, Lipolac, y esta es la mi preferida. Lubristil monodosis va perfecto, pero como son 20 monodosis, si lo usas a menudo (de 5 a 8 veces al dia para mi) sale bastante caro. El Lubristil que no es monodosis no es tan bueno cuanto a este. Parece ser que por su tipo de envase, en que el aire no entra de vuelta, el producto no contiene conservantes, y aun así dura 6 meses. A mi nunca me a durado más de 3 semanas para averiguarlo, pero aun asi, creo que el motivo que son más cómodos es que no lleva conservantes. Otra cosa que me gusta es que al apretar, sale una sola gota, que es más que suficiente. Con otras gotas, siempre acaba saliendo demás recomiendo el producto al 100%

la qualità è alta, per me che devo mettere il collirio durante la notte la pompa è essenziale per farlo velocemente rimanendo mezzo addormentato... per me il più efficace tra i colliri a lunga durata.

Hycosan Extra, used a few times per day, is excellent for moisturising dry eyes, particularly after cataract surgery. It competes with Hylo Forte, which is functionally identical but about twice the price.
