Great Bedframe
We bought this for use in our spare bedroom. It went together easily, seems very sturdy, and has loads of under bed storage space which was the main selling point. The price was great too. It looks nice for a simple platform. No one has slept on it yet but I crawled on it after set up and wiggles around and didn't hear any squeeks and nothing seemed to shake of shift.

Love the height!
I got this frame for my son after he broke his wood log bed. The first order came and was not the complete frame and missing over half the parts and no tools or bolts. I contacted Amazon and got a replacement sent right away and returned the other box at no charge. Great customer service! I love that I can store all my totes and clothing under this, the only problem is that it’s very squeaky at night when he moves around in his sleep. I think it is a great cheaper alternative until we get into our new home. He loves this frame, it is very sturdy and easy to put together. Quicker with two people but a great buy over all!

No complaints!
Came with all pieces and even some extra hardware, nicely packaged. (Sad that this is not always the case with products.) No dings or scratches on the metal, and it went together fairly easily. It seems sturdy, although I’ve only been using it a few nights so I can’t report on the durability. It doesn’t squeak or make noise. For the price point, I’d call it excellent. Edit: After 3 months of use, it definitely squeaks when I roll over in bed, or when getting in & out of bed. Still probably worth 5 stars due to the price. Hopefully some WD-40 will help.

Storage solution without being too tall to get into
A solid bedframe with a comfort issue that you should be aware of. First off this height is great! You can fit a carry on luggage standing up under here, and things like backpacks can be stored upright. The actual bed height isn't crazy either. Taller than normal but the height doesn't make it difficult to get up onto the bed. A great balance between under bed storage and having a bed that is easy to get into. Assembly was easy and very straightforward. Everything is well explained and the parts are well labeled. The included tools will get the job done, but having an hex/Allen bit screwdriver for the bolts with a socket wrench kit for the nuts will allow you to get it done more quickly and easily. Construction seems really solid as well. Moving it around is a possibility, but the slats should be removed if attempting to turn the bed on its side or upside down as this is the least secure part. Not an issue for using the bed as intended. Bed doesn't shake, squeak or move. Comfort-wise the frame alone shouldn't be used with just a mattress on top. The central support of the bed can be felt through a shallow mattress. At first I was using this with just a simple 4inch foam mattress and it was not tolerable. But I have since added a bunkie board to the frame which creates a fully flat surface to lay the mattress on. A piece of plywood would likely work too, and of course a box spring would solve this issue. The slats and central support are not good for your mattress or your back to lay on. After the bunkie board I added a 3 inch mattress topper and the result is glorious and comfortable. I now have the issue of sleeping too much! This is a great bed frame for anyone looking for extra storage without wanting a freakishly tall sleeping experience. Just note that you will need to add a flat surface to the top of this in order to maximize comfort and the longevity of the mattress. Basic plywood would work if you are on a budget or DIY vibe so it doesn't have to cost much extra to complete this setup.

Functional!
I bought this for my toddler son’s twin bed. It’s high enough to store things under, but not high enough to make it struggle for him to climb up. It was pretty easy to put together and is very sturdy.

Affordable and sturdy frame. Great for under bed storage up to 12” tall.
Easy and quick assembly, no missing parts, good instructions. Sturdy frame. One suggestion - if you have a lighter mattress, you may want to get a roll of non-slip rubber material to put between the frame and the bottom of the mattress to help keep the mattress in place (so it doesn’t slip back and forth). This is because these frames do not have a lip so the mattress is not captive like the old-fashioned L-beam style frames that retain the box spring/platform base. I have the 14” and also a 16” Twin XL. Happy with both.

Great item!
This was so easy to put together! I did have issues with the included ratchet wrench, but we got it worked out.

It's A Mixed Bag.
The ONLY reason I gave this purchase 3 stars instead of 2 - is because of the strength of its redeeming qualities. Positives first. I love the fact that this frame was offered at such a unique height. Our bedframe arrived on time. It is true to size and color, all parts were present and well prepared for proper assembly, and assembly was actually quite easy. The frame truly is noiseless, and doesn't rock at all - which is an amazing and beautiful thing. The construction is strong, and the assembled whole is very sturdy. I suspect this frame will last Us quite a long time, if not a lifetime. My complaints: While compartmentalized, internally wrapped, and with a little cushioning - the parts were not sufficiently snug in the protective packaging in the box - so they knocked around a bit inside the box. The plastic wrapping, while somewhat snug - was not at all strong, and tore very easily. Especially given what I mention below - a better job of protecting this item during shipment, really must be done. Whether due to the above in addition to manufacturing errors, or not - the frame arrived damaged. Not the metal - but the black coating applied to the metal. There were a few spots where the coating missed during application. And as the coating is nothing AT ALL like that you would expect it to be...and what used to be before companies and corporations just gave up even trying for quality anymore / about 7-9 years ago, now? - it is VERY easily damaged. There were all manner of scuff and drag marks along various pieces in the box. Marks which could not be wiped off. (I just took pics of the worst of it, since trying to capture every one of the numerous defects, would have been far too tedious.) Fortunately, once the bed is set upon it and made - the entire frame remains hidden. This was the frame's ultimate saving grace. The instructions are too truncated to immediately be helpful, which makes them seem confusing or senseless, at first glance. The key is to take a beat, step back - set out all the parts, then actually pay attention and study the instructions. After a minute or two, you realize what you're looking at and how simple the assembly actually is. The devil is in the details, though...so like I said - pay attention. It was well AFTER My purchase was made, that - while visiting Amazon for a separate reason - I stumbled back across My purchased item, and a warning banner popped up on it. Amazon was warning Me that this item I'd just bought was frequently returned. Great. Thanks for the heads up way too late, guys. Not too late just because I already placed My order - but because preparations for Our transition to this new bed were already irreversibly under way, and the box turned out to be both large and quite dense / heavy - so trying to return it would be a very inconvenient pain in the *** hassle. So We were stuck with it. And lastly - the way the company responded. I was P***** to have bought an item for its brand new price, and instead received something that looked used / like it had been returned by someone else, then sent to Me. Not seeing any other way to go about it, I contacted Amazon to report the situation and let them know I was seeking a retroactive discount / partial refund from the company, as compensation. They gave Me no hassle, and offered Me a $25 promotional credit themselves, which I accepted. They said I could also seek compensation from the company directly, and told Me how to contact them before we got off the line - so I did. Mind you, Amazon did not contact the seller in My behalf - so the seller knew nothing of My call with them. And though they paid lipservice when I contacted them (taking accountability, apologizing, saying they were willing to make it right) - when it came down to it, they only offered and gave Me a $10 refund. Ten measly dollars. It was just insulting. Like a spit in the face - or like they were holding a hand up and telling Me to read between the lines. Per the current standard - a gently used item is expected to be charged at no more than 50-75% of the original price. The only reason I didn't push back on their lame offer, was because with Amazon's contribution - I was getting that minimum 25% off. But the fact that this company made such an insulting offer, not knowing that...and that Amazon knows them for frequent returns - told Me all I needed to know about them. So - do with that as you will. As for Me - in spite of their products excellent points - because of this, I can't recommend them. A neutral aside: Being a steel frame - it is hard and unyielding. So - not the most comfortable to hit or slide against, should you happen to make such contact with it. I hadn't thought that far ahead to this, when purchasing it - but it is to be expected, being made of steel. lol Just be aware of this.
