I've taken these daily for years. Probably the worst tasting pill I've ever taken, lol, but worth it, I truly believe these are a huge reason as to why I never get sick. Definitely recommend!

Anytime I'm feeling run down or like a cold is on the horizon, I take the recommended dose of 3. Just make sure to eat a meal first, as they seem harsh on the stomach if not taken with a meal. I prefer the tablets, as even though they're huge, I just "think" they work better than the capsules. I don't have issues with swallowing large pills, some may not care for the strong smell/taste and how large these caplets are. At the first sign of a "tickle" in my throat, I will take these after dinner, and oddly, I seem to sleep better that night. I will then keep taking them for a couple more days, sometimes after lunch, then dinner, as it's recommended to take two doses if you're not feeling so great. I highly recommend these, as they were introduced to me by a former co-worker years ago, and they seem to keep "ailments" at bay, or at least from becoming a full on cold or flu.

First heard about this product from a friend, 15 years ago. I take them when I begin to feel the first signs of an oncoming cold — the funny mouth taste, sneezing, scratchy throat. I believe the Wellness helps knock the cold down from a week-plus to 3-5 days, BUT the trick is to start taking them as soon as you think you're coming down with something. What I don't like: the smell and the taste! Lordy! But, I can't deny the positive side of taking Wellness.

The flavor of this pill almost prevents me from taking it each time. However, since it is the most effective method fending off colds and other maladies, I bear the taste of it. I do wish the size was perhaps 1/3 smaller, but you can get it in capsule or liquid form if you can't swallow these. Since I started using Wellness Formula I hardly ever get sick past the very first warning signs. I keep a bottle in the house and one in my car. At the first hint of anything amiss, I pop a couple of these for a few days. Problem solved.

I prefer the tabs over the caps -- and both have served me well over the last 2 decades. When you feel the slightest tickle in your throat, take 3 every 3 hours and bango: WELLNESS! Stock up!

I've been using this product for years and have found it very effective. I usually take it when I have a hint of a cold coming or when I just don't feel quite right. Typically I feel fine again the next day - no cold and back to normal feelings. The tablets are quite large and may be a bit challenging to swallow. It may seem a bit pricey compared to some medications, but to me, it's money well spent to keep me feeling good.

These work extremely well at shortening the duration of a cold and as a preventative when you are starting to feel the symptoms. The pills are large and for some might take getting used to when swallowing. They also sell capsules which are smaller or drops.

I’ve bought wellness formula for about a year if not more. This is the first time I get pills like this. I have been taking them out of need but they have a bad after test unlike original formula.
