Help lose weight
I've been using these for about 2-3 weeks now and they have helped me lose a bit of weight. I take 3 on an empty stomach before a workout and feel noticeably more hungry after an endurance training session. The caffeine kick starts your metabolism so need to be aware you may need the loo after taking them (especially recommended dosage of 3). My mouth is also dry (dehydrated) if i drink coffee then have the pills as well - obviously caffeine overload so best not to drink coffee/tea with these as well. I can't speak for the endurance properties as generally feel like I have the same energy levels but have helped with weight loss. However, you can't take these pills forever so the trick is to eat sensibly once you start to lose the weight otherwise you'll just put it back on again. Worth a shot... Also, as others have stated, don't take these into the evening as may affect sleep.

Good boost after taking
I definitely feel a boost in energy after taking these. My appetite is reduced and I’m positive with the reduced appetite. It’s assisted with weight loss. Simply because it removes that desire to snack in the morning or in the day if you take them as you need to. I’ve used all the products that are also very good. But this one seems to work well also

Total waste of money
All these did for me was to slim my bank account and make me consider tattooing my forehead with “Mug”. I didn’t loose weight. I didn’t get a boost during workouts. Nothing. Nadah. Zilch. Zero. Supplements are a scam. Good, proper fresh food is the way to go.
