Weird Consistency
The taste and heat is what I expected for mild mustard, the consistency is downright weird, it is almost gel like, not sure if I have got a bad batch but I will not be buying it again.

Good mild mustard
If you like mustard but not too strong then this might just be the one you like. I like mustard on sandwiches, however I have never liked a strong mustard. This one is just perfect.I often put a teaspoon of this through my mash potatoes too. It gives it just a little flavour and little kick that it needs. Much better than on their own.Some mustards out there are insane, and I have tried them, but this is good.

Mild is good.
Mild Colman's the real deal. You saviour the taste of mustard plus other things... Beef, ham etc.
