Very good product. Worth buying for the price of product. Working good. Looks good. Very easy to install. Size is perfect for 3burner stove. Only duct in box is of inferior quality which need to be replaced with good quality duct from outside.

I purchased this Livpure chimney expecting a reliable kitchen appliance, but unfortunately this has turned out to be one of my worst purchases on Amazon. From the very first day after installation, the chimney makes an extremely loud noise, almost like a tractor engine running in the kitchen. The sound is so disturbing that it becomes uncomfortable to even cook when the chimney is on. What is even more disappointing is the poor and unresponsive customer support from Livpure. My experience: • Issue started immediately after installation • Chimney makes very loud and abnormal noise • Multiple complaints and job sheets were raised • Engineers visited but problem was never properly fixed • Repeated emails and follow-ups have not resulted in any solution The product remains unusable due to the noise, and the support team has failed to provide a proper resolution despite several attempts. For anyone planning to buy this chimney, please be aware: ⚠️ Product quality does not match expectations ⚠️ Noise level is extremely high ⚠️ After-sales service experience has been very disappointing I normally do not write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to warn other buyers so they can make an informed decision before purchasing.
